This is a great start. Suggestions:

The background section needs to edited for clarity. Describe first what "Open Door" was providing as a service, then go into the detail.
The text of the infobox is easy to change using 'edit source' rather than the visual editor.
Be clear that there was a High Court judgement first which was upheld by the Supreme Court.
Edit for clarity and to remove redundancy.
Replace "Production" with "Protection" where appropriate!
More is needed on the European Court of Justice ruling. Did this annul the Supreme Court ruling?
