dickbags(band)

i dont know why i got a thing saying "this is my last warning", because i did not get a first warning. it is saying i am vandalizing a page, but i didn't vandalize anything, i wrote the page about that band from my town because they are cool, and it got deleted, and i was never told why. so i re created it and put " (band) " next to the name and then i got this message saying i was vandalizing and i will be kicked out of wikipedia? please explain this to me and i don't know if there is a way to like clear my name from that last warning list but i don't really deserve to be on it.
