Speedy deletion nomination of Paul Duggan

A tag has been placed on Paul Duggan requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Proposed deletion of Paul Duggan

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Paul Duggan, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

I contest this. It appears to me that the editor came to his senses regarding Paul Duggan's notability and blanked the page to enable us to CSD it. If I'm correct, blanking the page was very helpful, and I appreciate it very much. — X S G 09:14, 18 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
