Sir, We had spoken last week on Boiler Design, and you had agreed to provide us with resources for our project.

this is  the list of topics on which we woud like to work:

Capacity of boiler (I/P required for desired O/P) in terms of volume, fuel needed, type of fuel, etc..

Materials used for different types of boilers.. when feed water is hard/ soft, when presure is high,insulation etc

Configurations possible when boiler is of forced circulation/ natural circulation type

Safety: which valves are used in different applications eg spring loaded is used in locomotives abd not dead weight.

Techniques for making boiler.. type of joints made to ensure max strenght.

Software available, methods to calculate efficiency, heat transfer rate and all related physical quantities.

Development of today's boilers.. how older boilers were modified and for what purpose ( history)

Typical boilers in various specific areas eg ships, solar power plants, thermal power plants etc.

AutoCAD Designing of Boilers... is there provison in autocad that caters to needs of boiler designing.
