Saw Charles Bo was born in December 25th 1993 on Saturday in a village of Za Le Kambalachan, a part of Leiktho' region located in Karen State, Thadaunggyi Township, Myanmar. His family is Gheba ethnic group, one of the 135 minority etnics group in Myanmar. His parents are U Joseph and Daw Catherina. (His father died in 2013) after he went to the Major Seminary. He was from a poor family. He was baptized in 1994 in Tha Moe Daung Parish_Diocese of Taungngu. He is the 6th Son among the seven siblings.He has four elder brothers, an elder Sister and a younger sister.

He was raised by his parents and went to Basic Education Primary School in the village up to 7th Grade Standard because the school level was limited to primary school. He was in the 1st place of the class and the best student every year.

He received First Communion at the Catholic Church of Mary Mother of God, Than Moe Daung Parish Center in the hands of Rev. Fr. Basilio Aung Khin Soe.

Since, his family was very poor to effort their education, his brothers and sister couldn't finished the studies and they dropped from school and helped the family in the farm. But he was very eager to study for his life, therefore, he went to St. Dominic Boarding School to continue his studies in Basic Education High School of Leiktho Town in 2006 to 2007.

As he was in Boarding School he studied also about the religious beliefs especially Catechism and Prayers in languages of English, Latin and Burmese. In his village the language was used in Gheba both in social and religious. Gheba people have their own language and literature.

After the studies of one year he didn't go back home in summer holidays because he started prepare for his Sacrament of Confirmation and studied Catechism. In 2008 on March he received Sacrament of Confirmation from His Excellency Bishop Isaac Da Nu diocese of Taungngu in Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Leiktho Parish.

As he has seen and studied together with the Seminarians of St. Paul's Minor Seminary, he started feel that he had a vocation to the priesthood' that's why he decided to enter the Seminary. Then, as soon as he finished receiving Confirmation, he went directly to his Parish Priest to stayed with him and learned about the religious matters together with the Seminarians of that parish. In 2008 on June he entered the St. Paul's Catholic Minor Seminary by the recommendation of the Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Basilio Aung Khin Soe.

Since the education system of the Leiktho Town was excluded the subject of Economy he had to go to Yedashe Basic Education High School for there was a Sub-Seminary in that town the Region of Bago. He studied two years at 9th and 10th Standard and passed his Matriculation Examination in the year of 2010.

After he finished his high school, he went back to St. Paul's Minor Seminary in Pwe Gone, Leiktho, Karen State. He continued his studies in Music, Arts and Sports. He studied English Grammar, Latin Grammar and Intermediate Catechism for two years.

As he wanted to become a Catholic Priest, he had to passed through the life of diocesan brother. Before that as a Pre-Major he had to answer the Entrance Exam called Minor Seminary English Language Assessment. Therefore, in 2012, he went to St. Theresa's Intermediate Seminary in Archdiocese of Taunggyi in Northern Shan State, also the capital of Shan State. He lived in Seminary with daily activities of the Seminary. He and his three members, Paul Win win Htwe (he was the only one who became Priest), Sebastiano, Celestino Myo Myit Aung from Taungngu Diocese and other Seminarians from different dioceses studied in St. Aloysius Gonzaga English Institute under the guide of Jesuit priest and brothers. In 2013, he graduated Certificate of English Language from St. Aloysius Gonzaga English Institute. Now he has assessed to Major Seminary so he he will start to prepare his long course for his priesthood vocation. In 2013, he continued study Philosophy for two years in St. Joseph Catholic Major Seminary , Pyin Oo Lwin town so called May Myo, Mandalay Region. His Rector was Rev. Fr. Professor Paul Pi Pi from diocese of Loikaw. In 2015, he graduated in Bachelor Degree of Philosophy. In 2015-16, he studied Psychology and Spiritual Discernment in St. Michael's Catholic Major Seminary as a year of Spirituality with PIME professor and diocesan Professors, in Archdiocese of Taunggyi. His Rector was Rev.Fr. Em Mwee, from diocese of Pathein, Spiritual Director was Rev. Fr. Leo Kyaw Win, from Archdiocese of Yangon and Diseplinarian was Rev. Fr. Gregory Thai Shwe Hla, diocese of Taungngu.

He has made his decision after one year of Spirituality wether to continue priesthood or not. He decided to continue his study in Theology at St. Joseph Catholic Major Seminary] in Archdiocese of Yangon. In 2016-2020 he studied four years of Theological Studies and Graduated in Bachelor Degree of Theology which affiliated to Urbaniana Pontifical University of Rome, Italy.

Unfortunately, at the age of 27, he was not called to Holy Vocation of Priesthood therefore he left the diocesan brotherhood because of the votes system of Major Seminary and went back to home. Since in 2019, due to COVID-19 pandemic he couldn't continue his vocation with other dioceses or other congregations even he tried many times to contact with the religious leaders.

He started to work in the farm and helped his family. He went to Myitgyina, Kachin State with a rich family and worked for them and taught the children English for a few months. During those days he went to Congregation of Jesuit in Taunggyi and learned to have a congregation life. But he left and went back to Myitgyina again. In his journey he went through the Archdiocese of Mandalay and met his three fellow brothers who would be very soon become Diaconate life. He spent sometimes with them and visited some places within Mandalay City.

During his journey to Taunggyi he got an interview from a company and he was occupied by the company. Therefore, he went to the City of Yangon to start the work in company. He started to work in Sunny E-Store KBX, Company in position of Customers Service and Specialist. The company was working as Online Shopping association with KBZ Bank. Since the COVID-19 pandemic was very strong in the city he had to work remotely at home and went to office only in case.

He worked and studied at the same time. He studied Sales and Marketing Management at Parami Institute. And studied International Business Administration at National Management Academy. He finished his studies and graduated Certificate and Diploma degrees in Business Management, HR Management and Sales and Marketing Management within one year, 2020.

Then he was transferred to Merchandising Department of Marketing and again transferred to Logistics department in position of Stock Inventory. After four months of contract he left the company and started to work in Maxwell Myanmar Organization. He became Training Manager in Sales and Marketing Management. It was a very hard times for him. Because in the year of 2021 January 1, the military sieged the political governments including the President of Myanmar, the military took the power and control the country. The people starting revolution and civilian were killed by the military coup. The life of the people of Myanmar was not safe anymore. Everyday and night their lives were threatened by the military coup. It was hard the to make business therefore the foreign investors went back to their own country. The company was closed.

He went back to his home in countryside the Village of Za Le Kambalachan. He worked in the farm with his lonely old mother who is already 65 years old. His mother was still worked very hard in the jungle alone. He owned a Hoda Motor Bike. Therefore, he could use it very well at work and went around the villages. He helped Rev. Fr. Isaac Mg Shwe Oo in his mission of establishing the new Diocesan Youth Center in Lar Gu Village, the parish of Than Moe Daung.

After few months, he went back to Yangon and studied about Swimming]. He learned swimming technics professionally. When he finished learning he now working as a Pro Swimming Trainer under the guidance of Pro-swimmer and Former Champion of Myanmar Selection Tr. Magdalena Ei Ei Thet in FMI City at Garden by the Pool and Star City Sports Club, Than Lyin. He lived in St. Peter and Paul's Catholic Church, Insein Township, Yangon. After a two years he moved to another place, North Okkalapa, Shwe Pauk Kan, Yangon. He is Coaching and giving trainings, lessons to the Kids and Adults. His students are mostly from Myanmar, Korean, Japanese , Thai and Indian.
