Champshah (talk) 10:19, 6 May 2011 (UTC) Hie I am Charmi and i am a new member in Wikipedia. I have heard a lot about Wiki and so have joined in here. I have also taken most of the information needed for my projects from Wikipedia. I am interested in knowing more and more bollywood information as i am a BMM student. I love to read gossips and write ups or even news or biography of the actors and actresses. Apart from the news papers i love to research more on the given topic and so i surf online. I have always found Wikipedia to be at the top of the search result. Its today that i have come to know that we can be a part of Wikipedia and discuss and also edit articles.[reply]

My favorite actor is John Abraham. I like him because he is a good person by heart. My favorite movie in which John was seen is DOSTANA. i love his body fitness and also the way he maintains his fitness. I have many pictures that include from Wikipedia as well as cut outs from news papers. I have manged to see almost all his films. I have also updated myself with news about him. But i not only have interest in knowing more on him but i also like to know about bollywood in general. The subject Bollywood interests me a lot.

Bollywood Mania 2011

[edit]

Champshah (talk) 10:46, 6 May 2011 (UTC) This year has not been a good year for bollywood. There is not a single movie that has been a super hit. Unfortunately the movies that come are not able to sustain itself in the theaters for a longer time. There are movies like NO ONE KILLED JESSICA, YAMLA PAGLA DEEWANA, DHOBI GHAT, DIL TOH BACCHA HAI Ji, PATIALA HOUSE, TANU WEDS MANU, GAME, F.A.L.T.U, THANK YOU, DUM MARO DUM, SHOR IN THE CITY, CHALO DILLI, etc. None of these movies have been successful in creating an impact. But also there are maximum movies that are coming this year which are launching many new faces. the new faces have been able to impress the audiences with their fresh look. The genre that the movies are made are also mostly comedy or thriller. However the music in the movies are becoming hit which are helping the music lovers to enjoy. The lyrics of these songs are not that rich in content and meaning but the music and the place or the situation for which it is used is amazing. We hope too see many more but good movies in the whole year ahead.[reply]

Bollywood Chaska Actress

[edit]

Champshah (talk) 11:23, 6 May 2011 (UTC) Adah Sharma an actress turned model who made her bollywood debut in the film 1920 which came in the year 2008,[1]. After her this movie she seemed to have disappeared from bollywood. She is busy maintaining her body and dancing which is her favorite pass time. As we know she is a trained Kathak dancer and also does other dance forms. her style statement is to gracefully show the flaws which one has. her next project is a romantic comedy which she is shooting for. she is very young and that can be seen as she is completing her graduation right now. She has not not done much work in bollywood and therefore she is desperate to do any role that she gets. She does not even mind doing the role for which she is too young. Her favorite time pass include dancing, watching movies, fitness workout and also helping in household work for which most of the actors do not have that much time.[reply]

Now days the bollywood actresses have made a new thumb rule to go ahead in their carrier, they pose topless for magazines, photo shoot or for social causes. There is a big list of bollywood actresses who have posed topless which include kashmira shah, yana gupta, bipasha basu, deepika padukone, sherlyn chopra, koena mitra, vidya balan, uditi goswami, kavita radhesham, preeti desai, kareena kapoor, ameesha patel, mandira bedi, nargis fakhri, etc. This is just one way to promote themselves in boldness and thus get work in a competitive industry of bollywood. i am sure that this not the right way to go topless for a magazine or photo shoot or a social cause. they have degraded their level so much that those actresses who do not do such vulgar things cannot move ahead in their filmy carrier. What we can hope is that these new trends do not affect the entire youth which will help us to maintain the integrity of our country and culture. the most recent topless shoot for FHM magazine was done by Yana Gupta.

Bollywood's Affair With Politics

[edit]

Champshah (talk) 05:15, 12 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Seems that the politicians of our country have a lot of time to waste and have cheesy conversations with the actresses who are there friends. Amar Singh [1] who is a well known politician has been in talks with many bollywood actresses. Bipasha Basu being one of them. There conversation was taped five years back however a stay order was put on it. now that order has been removed and a CD has been released named "Amar Singh Ki Amar Kalahani".

This CD actually has the conversation which they have undergone. By this we come to know how are these politicians and how they behave with bollywood actresses. Bipasha Basu who is actually so sophisticated has also spoken very informally and in her talks has actually shown that she is desperate to meet him. What has happened to the mentality of these people that they can go to any extent to earn money. Bipasha Basu is not the only one whom he has had such talks with but also Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Jaya Pradha. Now that this CD is out everyone will come to know the real story.
