February 2018[edit]

Information icon Hello. Your recent edit to List of Berklee College of Music alumni appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Additionally, the source you cited does not verify the information you added. SummerPhDv2.0 23:42, 10 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, Cgtechlog. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. Editing for the purpose of advertising or promotion is not permitted. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID). Thank you. As all of your edits have been adding J.R. Castillo to various articles, I'm guessing that is you or someone you know. As Castillo is not notable, they cannot be listed. - SummerPhDv2.0 23:49, 10 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
