Speedy deletion of Diaper bank

A tag has been placed on Diaper bank requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Diaper bank revisted, welcome

Hello. I declined the speedy deletion of this as the term appears notable and I found 3rd party sourcing. See WP:RS and WP:V. I removed some of the content as it seemed promotional in nature and I've removed the external links. Link farms are discouraged, and articles should not serve as a platform for external links. Please see WP:NOT for more information on what Wikipedia is not. You also can find the Manual of Style at WP:MOS. The article also would benefit from additional sources not connected to the subject.
