File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading File:Celebration Health logo.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Thedarxide (talk) 18:25, 27 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Conflict of interest; also, please choose another username which meets our rules

[edit]

If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Florida Hospital Celebration Health, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors; and
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).

Please familiarize yourself with relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. For more details about what, exactly, constitutes a conflict of interest, please see our conflict of interest guidelines. Thank you. --Orange Mike | Talk 19:05, 27 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please create a new account with a username that represents only you. If your username doesn't represent a group, organization or website, you may ask for a review of this username block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below this message. Thanks.

Username

[edit]

Thanks for the help. I realize my username resulted in a conflict of interest, so now I'm trying to change my username to reflect myself, the individual. For some reason Mike, I cannot make the request on your talk page.

This user's request to be unblocked to request a change in username has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without a good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Declined as moot since user has created the account. -Jeremy (v^_^v Stop... at a WHAMMY!!) 21:01, 27 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Trying to rename Username to MollyMcCloud

Then change the name of your username to that of the one you want. I've done that for you this time. -Jeremy (v^_^v Stop... at a WHAMMY!!) 20:08, 27 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

When will new username be active?

[edit]

Thanks Jeremy for the help. What are next steps? Do I have to wait for OrangeMike to unblock me? Also, even though my old username will be gone, do I need to wait 24 hours until I can actually use it?

You will not be able to use your old username; once you're renamed you can log in immediately under MollyMcCloud. However, an admin has to unblock you first so you can file the username change at WP:CHU (I can't because I'm helping you with the unblock requests). It doesn't have to be OrangeMike; it can be any other administrator. -Jeremy (v^_^v Stop... at a WHAMMY!!) 20:33, 27 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Request for Admin. unblock

[edit]

Request reason:

New name has been created (see above, new name will be MollyMcCloud)

Decline reason:

As you've created the second account, I'll mark this as declined. Good luck with editing!

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Conflict of Interest

[edit]

Hi, I am the creator of this page and new to Wikipedia. Now that the "conflict of interest" username has been deleted, is there a way to delete the notification box at the top of the page? I am also looking for some assistance cleaning up the page so it does not read like an advertisement. Any additional edits are appreciated. Thanks. CelebrationHealth (talk) 21:12, 29 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You were supposed to stop using this account. As to the question: discuss it on the talk page of the article; that's the kind of thing talk pages are for. --Orange Mike | Talk 21:36, 30 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
