Article choice for Devo Class

[edit]

Of the two article that you listed, I think that ADAM7 is more tightly related to the course material on Development, however I think you will find much more information on DISC. This can be both an advantage and a disadvantage - too much information can be harder to organize and summarize. There is also a stub on the ADAM family so I am inclined to suggest that you start with ADAM7 and expand to include some edits on the family page if appropriate. One other note: in your assessment, you mentioned that you would add areas of active research. Please remember that WP is an encyclopedia and NOT a place to discuss active research. WP prefers secondary sources to primary sources.

If you have a strong preference for DISC, let me know as I am pretty flexible. Be sure to add your article(s) to the table on the bottom of the Course page. Biolprof (talk) 00:04, 13 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Course template

[edit]

Please add the course template as described in assignment 3 to the Talk page of your article. It should be placed just under the other templates that start at the top of the page. Thanks. Biolprof (talk) 04:01, 30 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

nevermind. I see that it was there, but had a minor error in it. Biolprof (talk) 04:54, 30 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
