Fight to Survive
Hello, what is with the aggressive message you left on my talk page ? You do not own WP do you ? For starters you need to STOP giving out orders to everyone on what they need/can do or not do. You also need to STOP Constantly removing entire sections from many articles for your own trivial reasons and stop claiming they are not sourced or reliable (which you have been warned about before) when they are.
Instead of removing entire sections so there is nothing left in the article try and improve the article by adding sources.
Also you tend to remove/re direct a lot of band singles claiming they are not notable when more then half the singles you have re directed are more notable then the Tesla song you created which only charted at number 55, should we then according to your theory redirect that single ?
I like to improve the articles rather then remove everything. You have made some good changes/add on's but you also constantly remove sections which are well sourced for trivial reasons. Niftey (talk) 16:29, 13 July 2021 (UTC)
- I’m not removing things for “my own trivial reasons”, I’m just following Wikipedia’s rules, you have to provide good sources for any content, and on Fight to Survive, you’ve provided one good source, Kerrang, but the rest of the sources are deemed unreliable Here. It’s not like I have some personal vendetta against you, I’m simply trying to follow Wikipedia’s policies/guidelines. Category adder :D (talk) 17:43, 13 July 2021 (UTC)
- My apologies if I came off rude, I should’ve just helped, I was trying too hard to stick to the rules, I’ll remove the unreliable sources, but I’ll keep all the background information there. Category adder :D (talk) 17:49, 13 July 2021 (UTC)

Hello, thanks for your reply, apologies if your intent was not to be rude but the reason why i thought that is because you come off sounding very aggressive including when you undo a lot of people's edits. Thanks for now trying to improve the article rather than just removing everything which as mentioned earlier also looks as if you are playing favorites because what you do for some bands you don't for others.
As you clearly are I'm also a fan of that genre and have been on WP for years trying to improve articles, in particular the ones that I have a lot of knowledge with such as White Lion, Warrant, Poison etc... Also I can see how maybe a couple of sources may not seem strong although still debatable, others I disagree with you but anyway let's improve it instead of deleting. Niftey (talk) 17:29, 14 July 2021 (UTC)
- I understand, I've had other people say that I came off aggressive or rude in the past on here, don't really know why, but I guess I give off the hothead vibe lol.
- No problem, I should've been more understanding with the situation earlier. I guess I sort of do play favorites a tad bit, but I think it's mainly because I don't really edit outside the scope of my watchlist, which is mainly my favorite glam metal bands/albums/songs. Agreed on improving instead of deleting, the constant removals by me will not happen again. Category adder :D (talk) 08:16, 14 July 2021 (UTC)

Hello, I'm FlightTime Phone. Please refrain from changing genres, as you did to Winger (album) even if you provide a/some source(s), you'll still need to start a discussion on the article talk page to allow editors who regular watch that page a chance to discuss the reliability of the source(s) you provided. One reason is, genre sources can easily be considered an opinion and not fact. Genre's are a touchy subject here on Wikipedia and without discussion/consensus, regardless of your source(s), your addition or removal will most likely be reverted. Your edit has been reverted and archived in the page history for now.
Thank you. - FlightTime Phone (open channel) 03:56, 5 August 2021 (UTC)
- What? I just changed the genre in the intro, that generally does not need a source, plus glam metal is the main genre on Winger’s page and the only genre on that album.Category adder :D (talk) 03:58, 5 August 2021 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Crazy Nights. - FlightTime Phone (open channel) 20:40, 8 August 2021 (UTC)
- I legit did not do anything, I fixed a source. Category adder :D (talk) 20:40, 8 August 2021 (UTC)

- Listen, I’m tired of this, you’re specifically targeting me for no reason. I’m not doing anything that truly harms Wikipedia in any way, the genre changes I do generally need no consensus, people change them all the time on other articles and they don’t get screamed at by you to “Stop it!”, so why target me? Yelling at people isn’t a constructive way to deal with a problem. Also you don’t need to keep leaving warnings every week, I get it, you don’t like my behavior, well nobody can just instantly become better at editing simply because you say “Unsourced genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive”, just give me a break, and some time, man. And I often state my reasoning behind the changes, if applicable, most of the time the change needs no explanation because it’s something practically anyone would do. Category adder :D (talk) 00:29, 18 August 2021 (UTC)
- ALL genre changes need consensus. You're making more work for the editors going behind cleaning up your mess. - FlightTime Phone (open channel) 01:11, 18 August 2021 (UTC)
- Just leave me alone dude, I’m not bothering you, so why are you picking on me, your reverts on Dream Warriors were flat out dumb, I didn’t change anything to my “preferred version”, you’re simply reverting my edits to revert them now, stop hounding me. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you remove or blank page content or templates from Wikipedia without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary, as you did at Without You (Mötley Crüe song). - FlightTime Phone (open channel) 20:37, 22 August 2021 (UTC)
- I removed that source because it doesn't work anymore, you're simply trying to find reasons to yell at me, stop. Category adder :D (talk) 21:08, 22 August 2021 (UTC)
Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
I noticed your recent edit to User talk:Category adder does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.
Edit summary content is visible in:
Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. That is exactlly we have this - FlightTime Phone (open channel) 21:12, 22 August 2021 (UTC)
- Alright my apologies I guess, but next time don't go from 1 to 10 in three seconds, hear somebody out before saying "you will be blocked". Category adder :D (talk) 21:15, 22 August 2021 (UTC)
