Actuary
[edit]Hello. It does not matter what nom-de-plume you are using now; bookmakers do not belong in the article about actuaries. Further vandalism will be met with measures taken to protect the project. Thank you. -- Avi 01:58, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did to Actuary, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. -- Avi 18:15, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
See the archives of Talk:Actuary for detailed discussion, which you took part in, in which the overriding consensus was that the linking of bookmakers and actuaries was original research and POV violation. Please desist from restoring it as further edits of tis nature may be viewed as disruptive and measures may be taken to protect the project. -- Avi (talk) 20:52, 18 December 2007 (UTC)
At this point you are engaged in disruptive editing. The consensus on wikipedia was that any analogy to bookmakers is inappropriate, and a WP:NPOV#Undue weight violation. Further disruption may be met with measures taken to protect the project. -- Avi (talk) 08:51, 23 March 2008 (UTC)
- Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Actuary. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. -- Avi (talk) 02:46, 10 October 2008 (UTC)
