AFC notice removal

Greetings. I noticed you removed WP:AFC headers at Draft:CaseOh, which contained the text "Please do not remove reviewer comments or this notice until the submission is accepted." So please don't do that again. Removal of AFC notices and comments will not increase the likelihood of article creation. Instead, removing them increases the chances the draft will continue to have the same shortcomings described in the comments, and it might never be published. Cheers!
