Archuleta and Castro

[edit]

Hey Casarch,

For David's article, I've done something called "Request for Comment". It's a neutral way of letting the community know you want input on a content dispute. Hopefully some people will come in to discuss in the next few days and we can come to a consensus. I will leave the article as you have edited it, and we can wait for some others to join in. Thanks. Ethnic categories

[edit]

Hi. Please don't add unreferenced ethnic or national categories to articles on living people. Per our policies WP:V and WP:BLP, information that is unverifiable may be removed, and this applies especially to living people. If it is a notable part of the person's fame, it should be easy to find reliable sources to back up. If you can find such references and need help adding them, let me know and we can revisit this. If these cannot be found, it does not belong in the article. Thanks for your understanding, --John (talk) 04:53, 8 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. I added the source but I attached it in a wrong way. Thank you for fixing it. How do I add references the way you did it? I put [the webpagehere]. How do I do it the right way? What do I have to put? Casarch (talk) 05:05, 8 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No problem. Another user has since replaced it with a better reference. The coding you want is <ref>[http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/7389083.stm Fears Burma storm toll could soar], BBC News, [[7 May]] [[2008]]</ref>, without the nowiki tags. Take care, --John (talk) 05:12, 8 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
