Carl Daniel Ekman

[edit]

Hello, thanks for the Carl Daniel Ekman article. Wikipedia is much weaker on biographies of engineers and industrial researcher than of academic researchers (not to mention third grade garage rock bands) so it was an interesting read. Reading about someone from my alma mater and specific school but some 120 years before me, didn't make it less interesting. Would be very happy to see more articles of the same type! Certainly - he's linked in another article I wrote, Norman Birkett, which got up to FA. I aim to get Birkenhead to the same level. Are you interested in lawyers and the like, then? I'll make some tweaks - just a note, "jurist" normally refers to people more notable for their judicial philosophy or theories than their work as a judge. Examples : Matthew Hale is a jurist, Lord Denning is a judge. Ironholds (talk) 21:29, 10 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Right, done. Give me a poke if you have any other judicial/legal articles that need tweaking. Ironholds (talk) 21:49, 10 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
No problemo! Feel free to poke me about any biography really, as long as it's western world related. I have a shedload of sources on political/legal/judicial things, and also people in general. And actually I normally do a better job :P. Ironholds (talk) 22:38, 10 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
