Because we have policies that prohibit undisclosed paid editing and discouraging conflicts of interest. Here is the thing I am a faculty member of this institution. However, I make these contributions because I want, and they add value to the article. In my faculty position (on a not administrative duty), I get paid to teach, scholarly contributions, and service. I am sure you know this. You are in academics. So, ultimately I do not get paid by the institution to execute theses content adds. As a stakeholder (non paid to do these things), I am interested in giving authentic content, and not be misleading.[reply]

For me, it is like, when you live on a rental property. Not because it is a rental, I will not try to keep me neat, organize.
