Many stale WP:NFF drafts

I noticed in MusikBot's report of stale drafts that the oldest entries are either advanced math topics or tiny stubs of announcements of possibly upcoming movies. I checked quite a few of the latter and found they had all been created by you. I submitted a few of the oldest on your behalf so they might be reviewed - I hope that didn't present a problem - and they were all promptly, and I'd say properly, declined on the basis of WP:NFF.

So what's the story? Do enough of these stubs later get developed into articles when the films get further along in the production process that there's some benefit or precedence from having these early drafts? — jmcgnh^{(talk) (contribs)} 20:54, 12 August 2017 (UTC)

Yep jmcgnh, there are so many examples of articles which later get developed into the well developed article and some are even Good Articles. And yes, in the start, probably in 2014-15, I made some wrongs drafts too, wrong means which shouldn't be created at the time because they were just announced projects. But now I only start a draft which I expect is going to start production soon or at least going to casting and pre-production phase soon. --Captain Assassin! ^{«T ♦ C ♦ G»} 16:59, 13 August 2017 (UTC)

So, you wouldn't be personally offended if, in the spirit of cleaning up Draft: space, a large number of these abandoned drafts were put up for deletion? Right now, they're not eligible for G13, but may become eligible under a proposal at Wikipedia talk:Criteria for speedy deletion#Expand G13 to cover ALL old drafts? Draft:The Life and Times of the Stopwatch Gang

Hello there, I see that back in 2015 you created the above draft. It is currently one of the least edited drafts as it's not had a edit since the day you created it. Having done a quick google search, I cannot find any content to suggest that the film is moving forward and the director and lead actor both appear to have confirmed films for 2018 already. Coming back with annother announced film, Draft:Overnight at 42nd Street. Looks like initial announcmeents/PR blurbs in 2014/2015/2016. Same question set. Also if there are future drafts like this, would you rather me ask every time, or is an alternative you'd like me to employ with respect to your creations? WikiCup 2017 September newsletter

Round 4 of the WikiCup has ended and we move forward into the final round. In round 4, a total of 12 FAs, 3 FLs, 44 GAs, 3 FLs, 79 DYKs, 1 ITN and 42 GARs was achieved, with no FPs or FTs this time. Congratulations to Peacemaker67 on the Royal Yugoslav Navy Good Topic of 36 items, and the 12 featured articles achieved by Cas Liber (5), Vanamonde93 (3), Peacemaker67 (2), Adityavagarwal (1) and 12george1 (1). With a FA scoring 200 points, and bonus points available on top of this, FAs are likely to feature heavily in the final round. Meanwhile Yellow Evan, a typhoon specialist, was contributing 12 DYKs and 10 GAs, while Adityavagarwal and Freikorp topped the GAR list with 8 reviews each. As we enter the final round, we are down to eight contestants, and we would like to thank those of you who have been eliminated for the useful contributions you have made to the Cup and Wikipedia. The lowest score needed to reach round 5 was 305, and I think we can expect a highly competitive final round.

Remember that any content promoted after the end of round 4 but before the start of round 5 can be claimed in round 5. Remember too that you must claim your points within 10 days of "earning" them. Poorly-sourced and unsourced production companies

I asked you before to stop adding unsourced content to articles about production companies. In this edit, you added a source, but it failed verification. When I checked the Wikipedia article itself, it also had unsourced production companies. Since you're not citing your sources, I don't know where you're getting this stuff from. If it's from the IMDb, please stop; it's not a reliable source. Per this consensus, production companies require a reliable source to explicitly label them as such. This is to stop people from guessing at production companies and distributors based on primary sources, such as posters and trailers. For many years, people have let this go. I realize that people are unused to having to source this content, but it's a claim just like any other, and it can't be added without a reliable source. If you don't have a source that explicitly labels the production companies or distributor, just leave the parameter blank. You don't have to fill in every parameter in the infobox.
