Hello. About your comment "I propose to add the following section to Pathophysiology_of_multiple_sclerosis after section 6 Blood and CSF abnormalities", I want just to tell you that it is already writen in this other section: Pathophysiology of multiple sclerosis#Vascular problems and Blood-brain barrier disruption

I have witen the same at MS discussion page
