Loss Prevention
[edit]Your recent additions to Loss prevention are not in compliance with the wikipedia NPOV policy, and wikipedias preferred format and layout. Please refer to Talk:Loss_prevention#Article_needs_NPOV for more details. I have begun a rewrite on the article, getting rid of the I's and Me's, perhaps you could help with that as well. What I'm also going to suggest is that you include your name in, and only in, the references section that I've added at the bottom of the article. Please refer to Help:Contents. Your contributions are greatly appreciated, and enjoy the rest of your stay here. --R Lee E - 20:51, August 15, 2005 (UTC)
- In regards to User_talk:R_Lee_E#Loss_Prevention:
- Absolutely, and great work on the article so far. Perhaps they could be bolded though, this would prevent subcategories from forming, and help distinguish the seperate sections. BTW, to sign anything you post, rather than typing your name out manually, you can just type:
~~~~
- It will automatically insert your signature. 8*) Keep up the good work! - R Lee E (talk, contribs) 22:21, August 15, 2005 (UTC)
LP and colleges
[edit]Hej, Tom Fearer. Thank you for adding a college to the article.→ P.MacUidhir (t) (c) 05:20, 20 December 2005 (UTC)
Professionalism
[edit]I think that's one thing that is needed on the part of Loss Prevention, is to have a sense of professionalism and integrity. As I said before, I worked for a certain large national retailer, and the LP agents at our store were lawsuits just waiting to happen. They were just a bunch of thugs who had no business being in LP or employed in any other capacity in the store. Ny last day of work there before I quit to take a new job the LP employee went and staged a public fight with a shoplifter who had been banned from the store previously. Instead of making an effort to arrest this guy in a safe manner, the LP employee went and did it in a crowded area which almost guarnteed a blood bath if the guy had been armed.
Seriously just report my account and shut it down. I'm not trying to make a threat, I would honestly welcome it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tom Fearer (talk • contribs) 00:33, 15 December 2013 (UTC)
