Speedy Delete Requests
[edit]Hello, Calvinballing/Archive 1. Please remember to specify a complete and valid reason for a Speedy Deletion Request. Remember that not all Wikipedians understand some of the Wiki-lingo we use, and they may become confused by your reason, if it is incomplete, or incoherent. For example, on Dog ears, the reason you used was "delete|dicionary entry". Please try to make your reasons more complete, so the author has the opportunity to correct the problem. I replaced your reason with "Because Wikipedia is not a dictionary, please do not create articles for the sole purpose of defining a term. Please see Wikipedia is not a dictionary." Thank you for your help, and understanding. Happy editing. --Commodorepants 01:11, 22 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit]Don't request that you be an admin until you have enough experience and your RFA is in better formatting. You were already down 0/2/0. Tawker thought it was "A joke"--ForestH2

Your talk Page
[edit]Please do not remove messages from your talk page. Talk pages exist as a record of communication, and in any case, comments are available through the page history. You're welcome to archive your talk page, but be sure to provide a link to any deleted comments. Thanks. ForestH2 20:09, 1 December 2024 (UTC)
- Sorry, I thought that as it was a mistake, it was ok to remove the comment. Jesterjester 01:20, 11 June 2006 (UTC)
- It is not prohibited to remove comments or warnings (except for blocking and sockpuppetry notices) from your talk page (see Wikipedia:User_page#Removal_of_comments.2C_warnings), but in general I would say archiving is better. Forest simply isn't familiar with the guideline, and the fact that he/she is currently blocked suggests there are other guidelines he/she was unaware of.
