US numbers

[edit]

Calmar1996 has putup [1]

However, the sources he has brought show 80x difference between official US statistics. None of them are WP:RS sources but simply random websites. The three sources are not academic sources rather they are quoting an advocate ethnic lobbyist source: [2][3][4][5]. I note given the 80x difference between Official US statistics and these websites: "Exceptional claims require high-quality sources." [6] or else it is fringe. 80x difference is too much and requires some mainstream academic sources and not self-published sources and random websites. Really, for this kind of information, official US Government statistics are the best to use. There's no reason to suspect that the government statistics are inaccurate, and certainly not by that much. All the best. Mr. Stradivarius (drop me a line) 16:07, 15 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
