Jimmy Carr pic
[edit]Hello, I've wanted to change this pic for ages and was about to chase up getting approval to use one from YouTube (with Chambers Management). May I ask how you managed it? (for future reference). Thx (PS - well done!) Comedy Nerd77 (talk) 17:05, 21 October 2024 (UTC)
- Hi, to do this you need to find a youtube video that that is under the Creative Commons copyright act (allows for reuse). When uploading the image to Wikimedia make sure you credit the YouTube video as the source and the YouTube channel it came from as the author, including links to both the video and channel. - Thank you. I hadn't been able to find any Creative Commons images and the videos that I'd looked at were Copyright material. Have just been looking at CC videos on YT and was surprised that Neal Brennan leaves his open. Thx again. Comedy Nerd77 (talk) 15:57, 24 October 2024 (UTC)
