List of current UFC fighters

[edit]
  • I believe you were thinking of Michael "The Black Sniper" McDonald, a 46 year old Canadian MMA fighter, and not Michael "Mayday" McDonald, a 20 year old MMA fighter from California, and currently in the UFC.Thaddeus Venture (talk) 04:37, 29 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • I put this in the header for that table, but I realize it's different than the way I was doing it. Essentially I want to keep people in the "recent signings" table until they make their UFC debut, usually this happens within a month of their being signed, but occasionally in the case of fighters like Chad Corvin and Stanislav Nedkov, they don't end up fighting for quite a while, so I figured until these fighters actually make their debut, they should be noted as well. If you think that this is a bad idea or there is a better way to do it I'd be happy to discuss it on the talk page. Thaddeus Venture (talk) 03:41, 27 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

UFC 110

[edit]

Let's use some common sense here. It was clearly a KO. Sherdog often get results wrong and the knockout was just that....a knockout. Let's not revert it anymore. Paralympiakos (talk) 21:53, 13 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Mass reverting

[edit]

Rather than mass reverting, do you think you could discuss your concerns with User:LOL? NW (Talk) 20:05, 2 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

UFC 105

[edit]

What on earth prompted you to make that stupid move? NO UFC events are called UFC XXX: fighter vs. fighter. They only have numbers. Paralympiakos (talk) 23:38, 8 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

TUF

[edit]

As soon as we need a tournament bracket, I've got it covered. I already have the final bracket prepared on my userspace. We can't include one on the proper page until we are at the semifinals, otherwise it creates false matchups. Paralympiakos (talk) 23:16, 9 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'll remind you of this again. I know it wasn't you who added it, but you didn't remove it either. Please remove it until the semi-finals. When the semi-finals come around...as I've said, I already have the completed bracket. Thank you. Paralympiakos (talk) 21:31, 12 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

UFC 140

[edit]

Hello, I was hoping you could help me with the page. There is one user using multiple IPs (I checked and they were all from Greensborough, North Carolina) that keeps removing content from the page. I tried to have the page protected, but a moderator threatened to have me blocked for edit-waring (citing the 3RR rule), if you could help that would be great.(Justinsane15 (talk) 19:50, 17 June 2011 (UTC))[reply]

Thanks for trying to help, but we cant add that fight to the Offical Card unless it's on the UFC site on an offical card Glock17gen4 (talk) 20:10, 6 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

No not until it is official announced by the ufc, which it has with the poster. c.m1994 (Hi) 20:50, 6 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

As far as the UFC Undisputed 3 Roster goes, you would use a template, which fighters btw? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Glock17gen4 (talkcontribs) 22:39, 6 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Cung Le isnt Canadian, he is Vietnamese... — Preceding unsigned comment added by Glock17gen4 (talkcontribs) 00:25, 18 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Yves Jabouin is Haitian, he came out to a Haitian flag and not a Canadian one

[edit]

So please dont change it thanks... Glock17gen4 (talk) 07:58, 12 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

UFC Undisputed 3 page and the PRIDE weightclass switches

[edit]

Yea I removed them because they had nothing to do with the UFC Roster, I mean if you wanna do that on the PRIDE section be my guest as long as it's accurate, but theres a separate section for the PRIDE and UFC Rosters... Glock17gen4 (talk) 05:19, 2 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. New 10,000 Challenge for Canada

[edit]

Hi, Wikipedia:WikiProject Canada/The 10,000 Challenge is up and running based on Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge for the UK which has currently produced over 2300 article improvements and creations. If you'd like to see large scale quality improvements happening for Canada like The Africa Destubathon, which has produced over 1600 articles in 5 weeks, sign up on the page. The idea will be an ongoing national editathon/challenge for Canada but fuelled by a contest such as The North America Destubathon to really get articles on every province and subject mass improved. I would like some support from Canadian wikipedians here to get the Challenge off to a start with some articles to make doing a Destubathon worthwhile! Cheers. --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:55, 22 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
