You created the example Newsandbox in mainspace. Please move it to userspace, thanks. Schazjmd (talk) 16:33, 1 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

User sanboxes arent created in article space. They typically have the format User:Username/sandbox though anything starting with User:Username/ would be acceptable. Victor Schmidt (talk) 16:37, 1 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on UNO Information Literacy Summer Institute (ILSI) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organized event (tour, function, meeting, party, etc.) that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

UNO Information Literacy Summer Institute (ILSI)

[edit]

Regarding your contested deletion of UNO Information Literacy Summer Institute (ILSI) (i.e. "This page is to be used as guidance for the University of New Orleans faculty members who attend ILSI each year. The link should be saved for administrators and faculty alike to refer back"), any such guidance should be via the University of New Orleans website, not Wikipedia. The workshops do not merit inclusion (bearing in mind notability requirements), and if they did, the expectation is that article content is supported by reliable independent sources, of which your article had none.-- Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 21:32, 4 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
