- Hello Jim Renge,
- Thank you for taking the time to explain the verification policies to me. I appreciate the clarification, as I was previously unaware of them. The changes I made were not citations, but rather clarifications regarding Church taxes and registered membership.
- Stating that 48% of Germans are Christian isn't entirely accurate, as surveys suggest up to 20% of the population are unregistered Christians. This figure comes from a 2017 Pew Research Center survey, which has already been mentioned further down the page. Additionally, various surveys, including data in the demographic section, show that Christians account for 61-72% of the population, which is higher than the church membership figures.
- The numbers I replaced reflect the results of a survey conducted by Politbarometer, which represents the median of multiple surveys regarding religion in Germany. Since there were already two pie charts indicating church membership numbers, I believed it would be useful to present the survey data as well. Church membership numbers tend to be lower due to many Christians opting out to avoid paying additional taxes. I felt these clarifications were important, especially given how figures regarding religious affiliation in Germany can be misleading.
- Lastly, I appreciate your guidance on the required format for editing. Burns1889 (talk) 01:52, 2 October 2024 (UTC)
Hi there.
[edit]You seem to be going against the consensus of the 2024 United States presidential election's talk page as to remove RCP as a pollster, as they're considered unreliable by WP:RSP, as well as also having a large amount of long-time editors approving of the removal. Please do not continue reverting edits, or I may have to report you. Thanks! 49.184.140.57 (talk) 01:37, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
RealClearPolitics (RCP, RealClearInvestigations) 1 2 2021 There is no consensus as to RealClearPolitics's reliability. They appear to have the trappings of a reliable source, but their tactics in news reporting suggest they may be publishing non-factual or misleading information. Use as a source in a Wikipedia article should probably only be done with caution, and better yet should be avoided. 1

Making racist slurs & KKK chants/Nazi chants is very inappropriate and not welcome on Wikipedia. Thank you. 49.184.140.57 (talk) 03:22, 13 October 2024 (UTC)

. Liz Read! Talk! 04:29, 13 October 2024 (UTC)- Your racist and sexist edit had to be erased from this project, it was so inappropriate. You are clearly not here to improve this encyclopedia and work collaboratively with other editors who might have different opinions than your own. Liz Read! Talk! 04:31, 13 October 2024 (UTC)
