According to WP:3RR:
The policy states that an editor must not perform more than three reversions, in whole or in part, on a single Wikipedia page within a 24 hour period... Reverting, in this context, means undoing, in whole or part, the actions of another editor or other editors. It does not necessarily mean taking a previous version from history and editing that. A revert may involve as little as adding or deleting a few words, or even one word (or punctuation mark).
- Original edit:06:39, 27 December 2006 - Adds phrase Interestingly, among others, about 621 members of OUN (Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists) were executed in Babi Yar, including the Ukrainian poet Olena Teliha., and changes "Lvov" to "Lviv".

- Revert 3: 20:39, 27 December 2006 - Reverts in phrase Interestingly, among others, about 621 members of OUN (Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists) were executed in Babi Yar, including the Ukrainian poet Olena Teliha. and reverts "Lvov" to Lviv".
- Revert 4: 22:14, 27 December 2006 - Reverts in phrase Interestingly, among others, about 621 members of OUN (Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists) were executed in Babi Yar, including the Ukrainian poet Olena Teliha. and reverts "Lvov" to Lviv".
This could hardly be more clear-cut, four reverts in under 7 hours. The only reason it wasn't obvious is because the third revert was by his IP. Even worse, since then he continues to revert:
- Revert 5: 14:56, 28 December 2006.
Will you block, or must I take it elsewhere? Jayjg (talk) 21:47, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
- Here is the diff of your revert #1: [1]. That doesn't seem to me to be a revert. Bucketsofg 22:36, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
- Please read carefully: Reverts in phrase Interestingly, among others, about 621 members of OUN (Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists) were executed in Babi Yar, including the Ukrainian poet Olena Teliha. and reverts "Lvov" to Lviv".
- Thanks. I've reported the 3RR, though without your first revert. If you wish to add to the evidence, you can do so at the 3RR page. Bucketsofg 23:07, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
- Your revert 5 is a revert and blockable. I will report it Bucketsofg 22:36, 28 December 2006 (UTC)
