Metal Poll

[edit]

Hello there. I am an overseer of your brain. I have come to tell you that the Wikimetal Project is holding a poll on the inclusion of certain genres on the heavy metal template and footer that goes onto metal related articles. This poll has a closing date, however, and so here i am, reminding you to vote if you want to, by pumping strange chemicals through your veins. Its hard work being a brain you know!

If you would like to help in this crucial part of the project, the page is here. No, thats not it? Oh my! I posted those pictures of myself, what a devil i am. No the actuall link is here on this link.

I guess ill see you at breakfest when you finally recover from Wikipedia. Bye for now body, your Brain 07:00, 13 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

SO...

[edit]

So the vocals on The Night Masquerade are by Bente Engen. I'll add that to the article + I just wanted to know. There was some talk previously that it could be Sarah, just wanted to check. Vampire-magazine goofed up. Thank you! Death2 15:48, 23 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Cyber metal

[edit]

That sounds amazing. I didn't know you could revive my deleted material. If you could, would you mind including the actual genre box I included next to it? Thank you.

Jotsko (talk) 20:10, 13 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Jotsko, you can easily revive the deleted material through "history". I left out the genre box on purpose. The article Industrial metal already has a genrebox of its own. It is uncommon to use mulitple boxes in a single article. Once the subgenre section (or the subgenre itself) will become more relevant, it could turn out that the genre could have its own article (and its own infobox) again. Keep up the good work, though. The purpose of the div element

[edit]

Hi there, just for your information sometimes DIV tags inside articles are attempts to fix various browser layout problems, as described in Wikipedia:How to fix bunched-up edit links. NerdyNSK (talk) 02:12, 27 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for solving the problem. I tried several things and the only thing that worked for me was simply deleting the div-element. User:Brynnar/sig 14:50, 27 August 2008 (UTC)

Veuve Clicquot found at Torosay

[edit]

This story only made the papers in July 2008 but the find and hand-over took place several years previously! I'll try and establish the exact date if you like?

KenelmJames (talk) 03:42, 30 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi KenelmJames. Sure, I don't when this actually happened, but if you can find a reference for that, be my guest to improve and add the reference. User:Brynnar/sig 11:31, 1 October 2008 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:Limpbizkit-rockimpark.jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Limpbizkit-rockimpark.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:30, 21 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (File:MarjoryRazorblade.jpg)

[edit]

Many thanks. That explains my (self-induced) confusion. Not sure why I ever uploaded that other version. Maybe it's wise if I now just delete it myself. Martinevans123 (talk) 11:06, 21 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It will be deleted in due time. There's nothing you need to do. User:Brynnar/sig 12:41, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
Ok. Thanks again. Martinevans123 (talk) 12:49, 21 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
