According to the discussion on Talk:Sappho, Brutus believes he's been blocked by Luna Santin, but a check of his block log seems to indicate the Brutus account isn't blocked. Maybe he's talking about the underlying IP, 65.94.86.69 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · page moves · block user · block log). --Akhilleus (talk) 22:58, 2 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi guys - thanks for all the advice/help. I can only edit Sappho from my school computer - at home, where I am now, I cannot edit or even email Luna. To clarify: the IP 65.94.86.69 is blocked and not, as far as I can tell, my new account. I am also experiencing 'issues' logging into my new account (Brutus_cassius; suitably pretentious, no?) - it gives me a long error message in which Luna's name appears but then took me here. I am positive this is all a misunderstanding, as I have a word doc of all the edits I've made to Wikipedia while using my old unregistered IP address and I have done nothing remotely like "trolling or uttering physical threats" (well - I did hang out under a bridge intimidating billy-goats for a brief and rebellious spell in my teens but apart from that...); in fact the only disagreement I have ever had with another member (re. Michael Parenti) was amicably resolved without any nastiness.Brutus cassius 01:00, 3 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

After further investigation, it looks like Luna Santin has blocked a huge IP range, and this has nothing whatsoever to do with your edits. However, I would think you would still be able to edit logged on. Hm. I'll keep looking. Mak (talk) 02:12, 3 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
