You have been blocked indefinitely from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for repeated abuse of editing privileges. If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below.

It's obvious that you are a returning blocked user. As such, you cannot create new accounts and all subsequent accounts will be blocked from further editing. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 04:25, 7 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well, its understandable that you think I'm the same user as the other guy who got blocked, but thats not the case. Just because we share the computer does not mean we should be considered one account and I think we should each be able to be regarded as two seperate accounts even though we have the same IP. I don't know if you read the article or not, but I'm confused as to why this is not following rules or why its not being posted in general. So, I'm pretty sure I didn't break any rules and it would great if you got back to me. Bringbackhenry (talk) 04:34, 7 March 2009 (UTC)Bringbackhenry March 6, 2009[reply]

Oh sorry. I guess I have to do it in this format:

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I am being falsely accused of being a 'sock puppet' just because I share the same IP as somebody else. Then my page was deleted or just not posted (not sure which one) and it was a regular article that followed the Wikipedia guidelines.

Decline reason:

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

How is it possible for you to say that I'm my younger brother? So if one person on a computer is blocked, then that means everyone who shares the computer is blocked too? I don't think it's very fair to block someone based on a false assumption and clearly, I haven't done anything against the rules.

Decline reason:

Q:"How is it possible for you to say that I'm my younger brother?" A: CheckUser. Q:"So if one person on a computer is blocked, then that means everyone who shares the computer is blocked too?" A: Well, not if they get accounts. ...clearly, I haven't done anything against the rules. Well, other than the sockpuppetry, no. Daniel Case (talk) 20:07, 7 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

well first of all, i just want to make sure that I'm not abusing the unblock template. I know that this is my third time using it, but I'm pretty sure its the only way to get attention of administrators since I can't edit any talk pages. The administrator, Daniel Case, clearly doesn't understand my situation. I have the same Ip address as my brother because we have the same computer. Since we have the same IP address, it was assumed that this is just a double account or "sockpuppet" of my brother's account. But its not. So according to 'Daniel Case's' second answer, I should not be considered the same as my brother's account, username3636, since we both have separate accounts. And once again, according Daniel Case, I haven't done anything against the rules and since I'm not a sockpuppet, I don't think there is any reason for me to be blocked. So once again, I request that my account be unblocked.

Decline reason:

"My brother did it" may be the most popular excuse. It's especially dubious in this case as your account was created today and has made no useful contributions. OhNoitsJamie Talk 21:58, 7 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Funny, your "brother" says you did it, over on his talk page, too -- care to take a guess how many times a day we hear that excuse? We have two accounts, from the same IP address, registered at about the same time, posting about the same non-notable comic series, and then using awfully similar lingo to request unblocking. I'm glad you enjoy this comic, but it does not appear to be the sort of thing Wikipedia needs an article on. So long as you and your brother act like a single person who happens to have two accounts, you'll probably find a large number of communities which will simplify things by treating you as a single entity, much as I'm inclined to do here. Looking at our community portal, is there an area of the project you might contribute to, if unblocked? – Luna Santin (talk) 21:39, 7 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well, yeah I'm sure that you've heard the sibling excuse over and over again. I mean theres no way I can prove it so I'm not gonna bother to try other than telling you to trust me I guess. But thats irrelevant. The point of the matter is that we're just trying to get a really cool comic series slightly more publicized. I'm confused as to why you say, " it does not appear to be the sort of thing Wikipedia needs an article on." Why not? Its a comic book series. I really don't see how it does any harm to Wikipedia and I think it does the opposite. I can understand you guys treating us as the same cuz i guess we are trying to do the same thing. But all I'm saying is that I'm just trying to contribute to wiki by adding a page on a comic book. Thats all. I really dont see why it is blocked. |yeah yeah I know you guys are sick of me already but my brother (yeah yeah, I know you don't think he is real) says he got blocked from his page or something like that. So he wants me to post this and I guess it kind of applies to me too(except the first part ) cuz we both want to post the same thing. "Wow, I didn't even mean to post a blank unblock request. My computer freaked for a second and you guys banned me! c'mon...I meant to post an unblock request with an extensive reason and also saying how I didn't mean to keep posting unblock requests but it was the only way for me to communicate. geez, you didn't have to block me from the page. You could have waited a couple seconds and a reason would have been there. So here is what my reason would have said: Well about saying Henry was real, I'm pretty sure on my actual page I said he originated from a comic book series (though some people sincerely think he is real, but Im not gonna go into that). The whole Marshall Islands thing was the first thing I did on wiki and I mean c'mon, everybody experiments at first. It was deleted and its over with. I apologize for that. It was wrong. The comic book series isn't notable yet, but being able to post a page about it would definately allow it to gain more popularity. And I noramally would promise not to post the page again, but I'm very devoted to the series and it doesn't look like any other fans are trying to make it. Therefore, if I'm blocked, I would not post the page immediately. What I would do is try to talk to you (or any other administrator that you want) on your/their talk page (and not in an unblocked format =]) and ttry to work out if there is a way I can post the page that doesn't break any rules ( which I didn't think it did anyway). If after discussing it, it is decided that the page should not be posted, I will most certaintly not post it. Yeah so sorry about all the unblock request and I know by trying to post this on my bro's page, you probably definately think we're the same person but whatever, I needed to post all this ^^^. It would also be eaiser if you unprotected my talk page (I'm Username363636). So thanks to the administrator who reads this and not to the one who protected me from my page without giving me a chance to fix my blank unblock reqeust-Username363636".....There you go
