Thank you! :-)

[edit]

Hi there! Thanks for removing that vandalism from Robert Tonyan. I just wanted to leave you a message and let you know that I appreciate it very much. Keep up the great work, and I hope you have an excellent day! :-) ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 02:22, 16 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • I came here for the same purpose as Oshwah. Thank you for defending against and reporting the serious vandalism at Robert Tonyan. Even though you had problems with the report, there was enough there for me to find the article and the problem (through looking at your list of contributions). Oshwah found it too, and had already protected it when I got there. Wikipedia depends on both new and experienced editors keeping their eyes open, as you did. • Hey, thanks Bishonen! I am thankful you did a little digging and saw what I was trying to do, haha. (16 November 2018).

Brick6900, you are invited to the Teahouse!

Request reason:

I haven't made an edit in a few months so I'm unsure why a perma-ban was just levied against me. My last edit (to Gardner Minshew's page) was admittedly in poor taste but neither untrue nor vandalism. All other edits from my account were constructive.

I see the ban log claims I'm a sockpuppet for another recently banned account. We might share IPs because I use a university network which is shared by a few thousand students.

I encourage you to look at my contributions and not just similarities in my username to a vandal's username. Cheers Brick6900 (talk) 00:56, 12 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

These accounts weren't just found to have similar usernames but also to be technically indistinguishable. This appears to be a case of good hand/bad hand sockpuppetry. Huon (talk) 02:14, 12 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
