What's your source for UFC bonuses before UFC 70 (like this)? —LOL T/C 19:52, 20 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello BrianStannFan and welcome to Wikipedia. Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia. Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this. If you operate multiple accounts directly or with the help of another person, please remember to disclose these connections. Specifically the user account USER:Ufc patrick SQGibbon (talk) 08:14, 28 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I was just reading the MMA project Wiki page and figured I would help out by adding the appropriate external links, which is why I have been citing them. I'm on the UFC right now because it is the biggest promotion, then I will move to Strikeforce and so on. If you see anything that I'm doing wrong, please let me know because I'm new to Wikipedia and only trying to help out.BrianStannFan (talk) 16:52, 28 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

So you are saying that you are not the same person as Ufc patrick? I find that difficult to believe since with your last 100 or so edits you've been using the exact same language as "Ufc patrick" did. For instance here is one of yours and this is one of his sockpuppet's edits. Notice they both use the line "Official UFC Profile". Look, it's easy enough to get a "check user" to look at the logs for your edits to see if your IP address matches any one of those used by any of the already blocked sockpuppets. If that turns out to be the case then this account will be blocked and all your edits reverted. If you are this same editor (or also an employee of UFC which leads to conflict of interest issues) then admitting that here and providing a link to "Ufc patrick" with an explanation of what you're doing, why you've created a new account to continue the same kinds of edits as the blocked editor, your professional association with UFC, and that you understand what went wrong with your previous accounts (editing and sockpuppetry) then perhaps other editors will take a more favorable view of your activities and not feel the need to report you to the admins (i.e., it will look like you've turned over a new leaf and wish to edit in accord with Wikipedia policy and guidelines). Also, please read WP:SOCK for a better understanding of what is going on here.
If you are not the same person then I apologize, but this particular editor created at least nine different accounts and used multiple IP addresses in order to avoid detection. That you've made 100+ edits that are exactly the same as his is legitimately suspicious. SQGibbon (talk) 05:14, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
