Hi, and welcome to the Rugby union WikiProject! As you may have guessed, we're a group of editors working to improve Wikipedia's coverage of topics related to rugby union.
A few features that you might find helpful:
- Our navigation box points to most of the useful pages within the project.
- The announcement and open task box is updated very frequently. You can watchlist it if you're interested; or, you can add it directly to your user page by including {{WPRU Announcements}} there.
- Most important discussions take place on the project's main discussion page; it is highly recommended that you watchlist it.
- The project has several departments, which handle article quality assessment, peer review, and a collaboration of the fortnight.
- We have a Fiji rugby task force that focus on Fiji related rugby union articles.
- Our requests page has extensive lists of requested articles, images, maps, and translations.
- We've developed a variety of guidelines for article structure and content, template use, categorization, and other issues that you may find useful.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask any experienced member of the project, and we'll be happy to help you. Again, welcome! We look forward to seeing you around! Cometstyles 13:06, 13 March 2007 (UTC)

"Prepend"
[edit],...is a perfectly valid, correctly-spelled word. wiktionary:prepend. DMacks (talk) 15:15, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
I agree, but it's a computing jargon word. "Prefix" is in more general use. Breandán Dalton (talk) 15:22, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
Yup, but it's not a spelling error, as per your edit-summaries. DMacks (talk) 15:57, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
Sorry, you're right. The summary was not exact. Breandán Dalton (talk) 16:01, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
No worries. Happy editting! DMacks (talk) 16:38, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
Broken links
[edit]Hello, please do not remove broken links when they're being used as references, as you did at Didgeridoo. I've put back a Wayback Machine copy of the reference, per the guideline on what to do with dead reference links. Graham87 01:52, 30 October 2012 (UTC)

[edit]Hi, "good effort, must do better". My teachers favourite comments. A few tips: 1.get your references sorted, and read them! 2. do a draft or at least preview articles before the final save 3. use an article template, like:Template:WPAVIATION creator. Happy writing and editing.--Petebutt (talk) 19:49, 15 December 2018 (UTC)
