Hi Rkitko,
You might like to have a closer look at Category:Bushfood. It is in both Category:Flora of Australia and Category:Flora of Australia. Consequently articles like witchetty grub, which is an animal, is being tagged into WP:PLANTS.

- Ooops! Egg on my face! Thanks for noticing. I'll go through by hand and remove the non-plant ones. I caught a few mycology-related ones that snuck through, too. Cheers, --Rkitko (talk) 02:40, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
I'm too new to risk changing anything, but I would rather link with the official JGI Poplar sequencing project, which also contain a link to the Science paper, while PopulusDB is mainly an EST database from one involved group and does not contain any link to the Science paper. The official link would be http://genome.jgi-psf.org/Poptr1_1/Poptr1_1.home.html -- Fred 18:21, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
http://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=Special:WhatLinksHere/Linnaeus&limit=500 That list is actually longer than I am stupid (I think). Can the bot make a repair like this? -- carol (talk) 16:12, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
mysterious addition of Suillus spraguei to wikiproject plants
[edit]I'm puzzled by this edit. I don't see a Category:Plants anywhere and am not sure why else the bot would add this banner to a non-plant article. I've reverted the edit, although if there is something I'm missing, let me know. Kingdon (talk) 18:57, 2 November 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks for finding that. User:Sasata has been creating a bunch of plant genera stubs, so I took the intersection of {articles that appear on the last few archived AlexNewArtBot new plant pages} and {Sasata's contributions} and generated a list of 1080 articles. I wasn't aware of any fungi articles that showed up on our new plant list or that Sasata was creating them recently. I'll go back and filter out any articles that link to fungi manually. --Rkitko (talk) 22:21, 2 November 2009 (UTC)
- There was just one other, which I fixed: List of Agaricaceae genera. I'll go back and spot-check the work, but I think Sasata only focuses on plants and fungi (and that's hopefully all that would turn up on our new article list). Rkitko (talk) 22:48, 2 November 2009 (UTC)
Hi,

It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
