Hi, this discussion, which you were involved in, has been restarted. Please take another look and try and get this wrapped up sooner rather than later. :-) Cheers, giggy (:O) 12:01, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
Batgirl
No problem. I do think, however, that the "lead" should be dramatically shorter, more succinct and cover the main points: i.e. Batgirl is a youthful female counterpart to Batman, and there have been (broadly) three of them.
Hence I split it into lead/overview - and then the overview could be easily sub-sectioned to include costume, ability and character-specific traits, as per the comments made by people on the Featured Article Candidacy page. As is, I fear that it's both pretty unwieldly and the actual names are lost in the text (and un-emboldened to boot)..!
If you need any more references (or reference checking), comments, etc. I'm happy to help as far as I can, and have access to a fair few helpful books and materials. ntnon (talk) 01:58, 16 June 2008 (UTC)
Some might be offended...
I don't think it's a good idea to mention Madonna's views on the Church in the lead. It might outright offend many unnecessarily. Besides, the lead says that Madonna had 3 consecutive number 1 studio albums in the '80s. The lead shall also say her last 4 studio albums reached the number 1 position in order to balance everything, show people she is still as successful.
Is mentionning the divorce from Sean Penn in the lead necessary? I spoke to a fervent Catholic that was very offended by that too... He was fuming! LOL! The lead should not make readers outright dislike her or any artist. It's meant to inform them about the article, its contents and the artist.
I don't wanna edit it as I have no time and interest in any edit war. Thanks for listening. Israell (talk) 02:17, 16 June 2008 (UTC)

Thank you
Thank you for the words of kindness and comfort on my talk page. They help to give me strength in this terrible period. It is people like you who make me see that we are not only connected by the internet, but by the heart. With much love, Jeffpw (talk) 07:44, 29 June 2008 (UTC)
RIAA
What you need to do is indicate in the footnotes that you need to specify the serach criteria when accessing the information. There's examples of this in other articles; I just can't remember any off the top of my head. Check out the discography articles; you might find some examples there. - The easier method is to click the "first" link at the top of the results page. The page that loads should have the exact same data, but will have a unique URL which you can copy into the article (if we're thinking about the same thing... head over to my talk page if you need clarification). —Giggy 07:17, 30 June 2008 (UTC)
