Vot contra unui vandal

[edit]

Salut,

Poti sa votezi contra un vandal Englez? El este un om arogant.

http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia:Requests_for_comment/Mel_Etitis

Poti semna la categoria "Other users who endorse this summary". Multumesc. --Anittas 18:25, 9 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Moldova

[edit]

I agree with your argument re reverting me on Moldova. I forgot that the treaty was later. Sorry. Should we move R. of M. to Moldova as we discussed earlier? --Irpen 22:03, 9 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Haide ma odata

[edit]

Articolele controversate sunt Vlachs şi Romanians of Serbia/Vlachs of Serbia.

[edit]

I have initiated a discussion at Talk:Ştefan cel Mare concerning a move to Stephen the Great or variants thereof. Your input would be appreciated. Olessi 22:47, 13 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Casa Poporului

[edit]

Image:Casa poporului2.jpg seems to lack an image, at least when I tried accessing it just now. You were the uploader, so I thought you'd want to know. -- Jmabel | Talk 23:04, 13 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Translation help sought

[edit]

Someone anonymously left me User_talk:Jmabel#TE_ROG_SA_FII_MAI_CUMSECADE a message in Romanian that I think I mostly understood, but it was subtle enough that I may have been mistaken in my understanding. Could I possibly ask you to take a look and let me know if I got anything significantly wrong? Thanks. -- Jmabel | Talk 22:05, 15 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks very much for your help on this. I seem to be equally often accused of bias for and bias against Romania and Romanians. Maybe that's a good sign.

Could I further prevail on you to have a look at Talk:Republic_of_Moldova#I_disagree_with_these_edits? I am hesitant to revert someone who is accusing me of bias, and the edits in question are from the same IP, so presumably from the same person. I would very much appreciate your opinion in this matter. -- Jmabel | Talk 05:29, 16 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

VMORO and the map

[edit]

See Talk:Vlachs, "VMORO and the map section", for a discussion of whether your image is accurate, and should be included. -Alexander 007 08:58, 18 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Map of areas inhabited by Vlachs

You listed Image:Russmap in 1913.gif for speedy deletion as a copy vio. But copyvio speedy under WP:CSD A8 is only for articels that is, text. DES (talk) 22:15, 18 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Eh, I guess I shouldn't use policy advices got on the #wikipedia IRC channel. :-) bogdan | Talk 22:21, 18 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm

[edit]

Well, I've seen some accusations made by the Romanian User:Felixpetrar that you engage in nationalist editing (though I thought he just had some personal issues against you).

Actually, I didn't understood what Felix Petrar had against me. (User_talk:Jmabel/Archive_12#DE_BOGDANGIUSCA) He said something about inserting nationalist propaganda in Burebista (about Dicineus, "Belagines laws", etc), but this was mentioned by ancient writers like Jordanes [1] and Herodotus. bogdan | Talk 00:06, 19 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I will put down the Vlach distributions image to error on your part or your sources, and not intentional exaggeration, but if it was intentional exaggeration, I'm pretty ticked off. Regards, -Alexander 007 23:50, 18 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Well... it was not an intentional exaggeration... I'll try to gather more data and I'll redo that map. bogdan | Talk 00:06, 19 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Originea limbii române

[edit]

Salut Bogdan. --AdiJapan 11:54, 19 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

You taggeg this image {{PD}}, claiming you created it. However, the map had to be based on something, unless you did the cartography yourself, which I find extrememly unlikely. I need proof the source is public domain. Until the image has a detailed source, it will be tagged {{no source notified}}. This means it can be deleted starting 7 days from now. Superm401 | Talk 14:00, 19 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, the cartographyt is based on a map made by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency, which is in Public Domain: the first one (political) I processed that map and converted it into a vectorial image which I used to create all the maps of Romania I uploaded. bogdan | Talk 15:14, 19 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

The "Official" Bulgarian Census Figures

[edit]

It seems that Bulgarian census figures may be false. Many Romanians/Vlachs may not have been counted. I'm wondering if there is some other source we can quote to balance the Bulgarian figures (NPOV). -Alexander 007 02:27, 23 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Abuz

http://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=Moldovan_language&curid=226999&action=history

The Moldavian chronicler, Grigore Ureche (1590 - 1647), established in his "Letopiseţul Ţării Moldovei" (The Chronicles of the land of Moldavia) that Moldavian (Moldovan) and Wallachian (Romanian from Wallachia) are essentially the same language; and that Moldavians and Wallachians share the same ethnicity.

--Anittas 00:34, 24 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Rusii? I am not sure where you got the idea that Node & I are Russians. I am Filipino, not Russian. And Node, AFAIK, is an American. --Chris S. 12:53, 24 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Republic of Moldova

[edit]

Could you please have a look at Republic of Moldova and at my comments in Talk:Republic of Moldova? We seem to have a very persistent anonymous irredentist who keeps adding non-encyclopedic material to the article (and accuses me of being anti-Romanian if I revert it) and Serhiodudnic who, while at least not adding junk, seems to want to kill any suggestion that Romania and Moldova have more in common than a border. I'm way too busy these days to fight this out. I've made my views clear on the talk page; I could really use some backup from other people who are relatively evenhanded on this matter. -- Jmabel | Talk 07:10, 24 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Theathenae

[edit]

User Theathenae is spreading Greek propaganda in expense of the Albanians and Macedonians. [2]. Can you protect the articles Theathenae is vandalizing through reviewing and editing them. Many thanks in advance! --Albanau 09:50, 30 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Apparently, he's currently banned for 24 hours for WP:3RR at Macedonian denar... bogdan | Talk 11:56, 30 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Albanau

[edit]

FYI, User:Albanau is banned for life on Swedish Wikipedia, see e.g. sv:Användardiskussion:Albanau and sv:Wikipedia:Begäran om kommentarer/Albanau. He has abused several users on sv: and has been banned indefinitely. Albanau is a troll! Probert 09:58, 30 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you, but your iniative of trolling is not a good way of stopping trolls. :-) bogdan | Talk 11:56, 30 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I am not trolling, I try to prevent trolling. Albanau has got no sources to back up his edits, no sources whatsoever! By the way, Albanau is sv:Användare:L'Houngan at Swedish Wikipedia. Probert 17:07, 30 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Albanau has got no sources to back up his edits, no sources whatsoever!, any proff for this claim cause I always have source that back up my edits.... Probert you have been trolling for sometime now, when will you stop? --Albanau 01:06, 1 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

And when will you stop trolling on Swedish Wikipedia, Albanau? Or should I call you L'Houngan, Kassandri, Piana or Arnauti? Probert 11:13, 1 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Diacritice et al.

[edit]

Multumesc. Dahn 22:17, 30 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

OK. Cred că le-am reparat peste tot. bogdan | Talk 22:23, 30 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Do you think this article still needs a neutrality dispute? If not I'd like to remove it... Sam Spade 23:35, 30 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Moldovan Move

[edit]

What are the prospects for moving Moldovan language to Moldovan (linguistics), as in Flemish (linguistics)? Also, I will notify you of Rex's proposal to move Arvanitic language to Arvanitic (linguistics). --Alexander 007 14:50, 1 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

When I say "What are the prospects?", I don't mean, "Do you think we will get enough votes in support?"; what I mean is, "Is it even a viable option in this case?" -Alexander 007 15:59, 1 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, i can see that you get ample support, the whole group on Talk:Macedonian Slavs will support you. Didn't you support them in that Macedonian denar thing and the naming dispute? Rex(talk) 16:08, 1 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Votes needed

[edit]

There is a poll going on at Talk:Arvanitic language#Requested move to move Arvanitic language to Arvanitic (linguistics), to reflect the fact that its status as a language or dialect is disputed. This is done in all other similar cases (Flemish (linguistics), Mandarin (linguistics) etc). Please vote support if you support the move. Rex(talk) 15:47, 1 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for voting support. I will help you with the Moldovan (linguistics). Britannica calls is a Romanian dialect. That's the source we need to prove that its status is disputed and therefore POV to call it Moldovan language as Wikipedia is supposed to be neutral! Rex(talk) 22:05, 1 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
