@I dream of horses:Thanks for looking at the page I created for the Southwest PGA. I totally get your comments however it is an organization and I did look at a lot of wiki golf organizations and all are very similar in the way it reads. Check the biggest two in my mind https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/United_States_Golf_Association and https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Professional_Golfers%27_Association_of_America. Very similar. I'm happy to edit and resubmit but don't really know how to change the copy to better represent what it is than the opening graf which is exactly what they do and the other golf orgs. Look at https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Illinois_PGA as well as other PGA Sections. All very similar. I can add ref's to their tournament page to show the events they run, etc.? Will that help? Thanks again for looking at it. Appreciate it!!! @I dream of horses:Thanks again for your comments, which helped. I edited and added ref's. It does read better and the same as the other golf org's. Thanks again I dream of horses. Let me know. |

@MJL:Thanks for looking at the edit. I did take the first reviewers comments and edited the copy so it didn't read "a bit like an advertisement", which I provided examples of other golf organizations in my message above to the first reviewer. Regarding the Reliable sources, they are straight from the PGA of America, which I think everyone would site as reliable. Can you let me know your suggestions for what you saw as needing a reliable source. Appreciate your assistance MJL!— Preceding unsigned comment added by Bmadrid19 (talk • contribs) 00:43, 13 August 2019 (UTC)
