Proposed deletion of Cibercakulica

The article Cibercakulica has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Frankly, I don't know what the hell to make of this. Random statements and thoughts strung together. Not sure how much is lost in the machine translation from Croatian to English. To be on the safe side, I will PROD, instead of restoring the CSD A11 tag.
