Your request for rollback
Hi Warburton1368. After reviewing your request for rollback, I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:
- Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
- Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
- Rollback should never be used to edit war.
- If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
- Use common sense.
If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! Salvio Let's talk about it! 00:20, 28 April 2011 (UTC)
Thank you
Hi Warburton. On behalf of the Wikipedia Project Schools I just wanted to reassure you that your work on replacing and updating infoboxes has not gone unnoticed. Thank you, and keep up the good work! --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 15:26, 4 May 2011 (UTC)
Categories
As it says on Wikipedia:Categorization, Pages are not placed directly into every possible category, only into the most specific one in any branch.. So for example for articles on schools, they should not be in Category:Schools in Scotland, instead they should be in a more specific subcategory, eg by council area, plus categories for primary/secondary schools in Scotland etc. --Vclaw (talk) 13:23, 5 May 2011 (UTC)
Stats updates
Hi there, whenever you update stats in the infobox, please remember to also update the stats table at the foot of the article (if relevant). Thanks and regards, GiantSnowman 19:20, 7 May 2011 (UTC)
- Please ensure that when you do update stats tables, you do so fully - the last column is for 'Total, as is the bottom row. Regards, GiantSnowman 13:00, 11 May 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks to be honest thought i had think ill maybe just not update the ones with table because clearly i cant do it 13:14, 11 May 2011 (UTC)Warburton1368 (talk)
- No problems - another quick reminder, please do not update match stats until a game has finished, as you have just done with David Hopkirk and others. Thanks, GiantSnowman 15:24, 14 May 2011 (UTC)

Transfers
As you know I have created & been editing The scottish fooball transfer 2011 & addded the vast majority of the transfers. BUT a user called PeeJay2K3 has been vindictively altering the page because i edited a page he was working on. I would appreciate if you could keep the page up to date as I will no longer be editing the page because of the personal attacks & profanity he has sent me. Please Respond — Preceding unsigned comment added by DUCKISJAMMMY (talk • contribs) 20:22, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
- Warburton, I hope you will be intelligent enough to realise that User:DUCKISJAMMMY's account of the situation is prejudiced in his favour. There was nothing "vindictive" about my edits, they were purely policy-driven, and I would appreciate not having my name dragged through the mud behind my back. – PeeJay 20:29, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
- I wasn't calling your intelligence into question, only hoping that you will use it to realise the circumstances. – PeeJay 20:41, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
- Guys, shall we try & keep the discussion in one place please? - I suggest the article talk page. GiantSnowman 20:35, 20 June 2011 (UTC)
- As i have now stated on both your talk pages i am having nothing to do with the dispute between yourselves. However if you wish input into what i feel is the way forward for the article then i will given it along with any other user on the articles talk page as correctly suggested by GiantSnowman. Please note my talk page is not the place for any disputes you may have. 21:33, 20 June 2011 (UTC)Warburton1368 (talk)
Just to let you know my dispute with User:PeeJay2K3 has been resolved. I have added my thoughts on flagicons & List of Scottish football transfers 2011–12 to the Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Football page. Thanks for your kind words & I will carry on editing the aforementioned page. (DUCKISJAMMMY (talk) 13:16, 23 June 2011 (UTC))
Would you have an issue with me adding photos & a caption to the Scottish transfer list somewhat like this although no photos at the top just at the side.(DUCKISJAMMMY (talk) 20:58, 30 June 2011 (UTC))
Hey, I won't be online friday-sunday so could make sure the Scottish transfer list isn't vandalised especially the pictures & captions, if you wouldn't mind. Don't worry about the transfers to much I can add them when I'm back, but feel free to add them if you get the chance. Regards (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 19:27, 6 July 2011 (UTC))
Hey I made a mess of the DUNFERMLINE season loan section can you fix it please (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 16:41, 7 July 2011 (UTC))
- Yeah thats what I did first time, but I was trying to make it like the Hearts page (even though Hearts have no Loans In they have a Loans In section) I was trying to give Dunfermline a loans out section even do they have no loans out & thats how I messed it up. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 17:02, 7 July 2011 (UTC))
- Oh,I see what you mean, think we'll leave it like that till there is a loan out. Thanks for the help. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 17:12, 7 July 2011 (UTC))
Thanks for looking after the Scottish transfer list & adding transfers while I was away, as for the full length transfer fees I don't have an issue with them in the captions, but having them full length in the fee table is somewhat unnecessary, not sure whether I'll reverse the users fee changes yet though. Much Appreciated. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 17:20, 11 July 2011 (UTC))
RE: Kits
Hey, i'm ashamed to say they're not actually my work! They were made by Wikimedia contributor Bruno-ban. I've had a look and I can't see any Hearts ones under Football kit templates so you might want to get in touch with them and see what the can whip up! Exxy (talk) 21:53, 20 June 2011 (UTC)

Hi there BURTON, VASCO from Portugal here,
Thank you very much for your help on this matter! Could you please undo him again? I think i'm about to reach 3RR. If he undoes you again, he'll break it, and he has been warned.
If you can't do it, no worries, i'll understand, cheers! - --Vasco Amaral (talk) 21:43, 23 June 2011 (UTC)

Autopatrolled
Hi Warburton1368, just wanted to let you know that I have added the autopatrolled right to your account, as you have created numerous, valid articles. This feature will have no effect on your editing, and is simply intended to reduce the workload on new page patrollers. For more information on the patroller right, see Wikipedia:Autopatrolled. Feel free to leave me a message if you have any questions. Happy editing! FASTILY (TALK) 20:10, 25 June 2011 (UTC)
2011–12 St. Mirren F.C. season
The St. Mirren squad no.s have been officially released & I have filled them in. However I was wondering how to order the Player List & Disciplinary record list in order of number, in order of position or In order of position & number. The latter probable being the best option. As you are the creator of page I would like your input before proceeding.{DUCKISJAMMMY (talk) 19:34, 28 June 2011 (UTC)}
Got it from ST. Mirrens official site the link is under the player list (DUCKISJAMMMY (talk) 20:32, 28 June 2011 (UTC))
Well cuurent squads on team pages go by no.s .But on season pages there seems to be no pattern so i'll think i will go ahead with postion & no.s combined. If you don't mind. Also Goalkeeper Paul Mathers was not assigned a no. so I persume he was released although there was no official news. (DUCKISJAMMMY (talk) 20:45, 28 June 2011 (UTC))

Edit summary
It may have lacked diplomacy, but I stand by what I said. When the thread states twice already that dissuasion has been attempted on many occasions, saying "if you don't try then it never will" does appear arrogant. Note that I refer to the comment, not the person. Last night the template was used on matches in the Copa America: did you try to argue against live updates with the editors doing that? Or is this trying, the lack of which you bemoan, someone else's job? Kevin McE (talk) 18:17, 8 July 2011 (UTC)
- Copa America is not on my watchlist, but articles that link to the template (ie articles that are using the template) are easily identifiable by the toolbox on the templates page. You'll probably need to look at 2011 FIFA U-17 World Cup this weekend as well as 2011 Copa América for a couple of weeks. If you think it is worthwhile trying to dissuade people, good luck. I suspect you will tire of the resultant editwarring after a while, as many of us have before. And if you either become tired of trying or are forced to back down by the 3RR rule, please consider whether, when live updates continue, it is better to make it clear that the article is not showing the result, or to allow readers to be mislead by assuming it to be a final score. Kevin McE (talk) 18:41, 8 July 2011 (UTC)

Thank you for letting me know, I do the "match in progress" scores as all other football tournaments allow it on their as I always do them as well so I assumed it was all ok. Please let me know why it is against the rules> Skyblueshaun 00:12, 9 July 2011 (UTC)

Could you please explain why you removed my comments without explanation from the "Template:Match in progress" discussion per 1. Thanks. --ClubOranjeT 11:06, 9 July 2011 (UTC)

Yeah I noticed that in the source as well, but not sure he was ever officially contracted to Skonto. The Baltic Champions Cup looks like one of those meaningless pre-season tournaments, so he could have been on trial or something? J Mo 101 (talk) 14:04, 10 July 2011 (UTC)

- Hi Warburton here is a list of Celtic matches 2 by year. Here is another page which also shows fixtures but does some team lists as well 3. Thank you very much for any help. Adam4267 (talk) 20:12, 14 July 2011 (UTC)
- I'll be on for a short while tomorrow morning but then I am away for a week. I wanted to get the Celtic page up to G.A. status as our first task, before we started looking at anything else. Which is why pretty much nothing has been tagged. If you wanted to start on the season articles that would be great, if you want to do tagging that is great as well. There are a couple of sources here which should be quite good for old seasons. You didn't have to sign up to the task force, I misread your first post and thought you said you wanted to sign up, but thanks anyway more numbers never hurt! Adam4267 (talk) 22:55, 23 July 2011 (UTC)
2011/12 Celtic F.C. season
- Woops didn't realise I left that out. Assists will have to go if it won't fit. Adam4267 (talk) 22:33, 14 July 2011 (UTC)
- Okay I have updated it. The apps section needs a template though. What do you think, plain white/black shirt? I'm not sure if five columns per competition is too much though, maybe assists should be taken out? Or the lines should be made bolder after each red card column to distinguish between competitions. Adam4267 (talk) 22:51, 14 July 2011 (UTC)
What do you think about implementing the new Celtic table to other Scottish season pages. Certainly would make things easier to edit when matches get underway also players arriving or departing the club would not have to be added/deleted to both the squad list & disciplinary record list. However I would think it best not to add assists section to Division 1 teams as it would be difficult to research & ultimately keep accurate. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 23:48, 14 July 2011 (UTC))
Kits
Thanks for finding that Warburton. I will try and figure out a way to add them to the Celtic page. Adam4267 (talk) 00:04, 16 July 2011 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Hearts Warmup.jpg
A tag has been placed on File:Hearts Warmup.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an image page for a missing or corrupt image or an empty image description page for a Commons-hosted image.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion (
) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hi there BURTON, VASCO here,
he lied down a couple of weeks, to see if i would forget, he started again, after i (we) told him through A+B+C player/manager is known 99,9999999999% of the time as "Quique Flores". I have already contacted the admin/user who blocked him the first time, and also messaged the Colombian user.

Scottish notability
Hi there - yes, both the SPL and SFL1 are fully-pro, meaning players in that league would meet WP:NFOOTBALL. SFL2 & SFL3 are not - but players would still be notable if they meet the WP:GNG. As for club season articles - well that's a murkier area. Personally, I think any League team merits a season article, providing enough sources can be found to justify it. Hope this helps! Cheers, GiantSnowman 19:59, 20 July 2011 (UTC)

List of Scottish football transfers 2011–12 & TFD
Sorry forgot, was busy with Dumbarton & Dundee season pages. I have now added my opinion & vote to the live score TfD, as for the Scottish Transfer list I didn't add anymore pictures/captions as I was reserving them for the more significant transfers. However I would have liked to have added pictures & captions for Lee Wallace/Juan Manuel Ortiz/Victor Wanyama etc. But unfortunately they don't have images & I didn't want to try source images myself as I'm very much unsure about the copyright restrictions. As for adding a more detailed intro I was going to leave it a while but if you feel you can adequately summarize the present transfers then feel free. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 23:53, 22 July 2011 (UTC))

David Crawfords
Yeah, there's been a lot of confusion on the online statistic sites (eg soccerbase). This is because the Hibs David Crawford, who is a winger aged 18/19, was on loan at Ayr last season. Last season Ayr had a goalkeeper called David Crawford, who was born in 1985. Jmorrison230582 (talk) 15:21, 24 July 2011 (UTC)
- The thought of the Hibs website ever being remotely competent amuses me. Worse than the goalkeepers. ;-) Jmorrison230582 (talk) 15:54, 24 July 2011 (UTC)

Scottish Division 1 season pages
I know your busy with the Scottish Taskforce creation, but I have been updating the Scottish first division sides season pages 2011-12 after their challenge cup matches, which took a lot longer than expected as the squad list & disciplinary record weren't up to date mainly my own fault not updating them regularly when adding transfers. Anyway upon are enlightenment that division 1 sides don't have squad numbers, I removed the number section in disciplinary record but was unable to do so in squad list if you could remove it in one of pages I will do it in the remainder. - I modified the table User:Adam4267 created for Celtic's current season to have no number section & used it on 2010–11 Dundee F.C. season but it doesn't automatically add up the totals like the current template but is possible solution. I took a look and see no obvious issues with the nomination. I have not checked the article as that is part of the review process. At this time it looks like what is needed is patience. Some of my past nominations have gone seven to ten days with no obvious signs of anyone having looked at them, so a two day old nomination with no review is not uncommon. --Allen3 talk 23:50, 24 July 2011 (UTC)

Re Assessment
Can you re-assess the following pages 2010–11 Dundee F.C. season & 2011–12 Cowdenbeath F.C. season as their quality ratings are not consistant with similiar season pages of the same quality, which have also been rated by the taskforce. Thanks (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 16:32, 3 August 2011 (UTC))

- According to the importance scale Roberto Baggio is High, Gareth Barry is Medium.
High is Top-rated world-class players and managers.
Medium is Players or managers that have participated at international level or in a top-level league. Adam4267 (talk) 23:41, 6 August 2011 (UTC)

Hopefully the rule will be changed. Adam4267 (talk) 00:08, 7 August 2011 (UTC)

Malleus aforethought
The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on the appropriate discussion page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.
Please don't be put off from article creation and improvement by the recent nonsense regarding the hospital article. As has become clear at Malleus' talk page, he apparently wished to make a political point, and saw you as a means to do so. He can do that, but it doesn't reflect on you, or the work you put into the article, at all. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 23:56, 5 August 2011 (UTC)
- You are a fucking joker. Malleus Fatuorum 00:51, 6 August 2011 (UTC)
- No, I'm interested in supporting people who want to contribute to the encyclopedia. Your acting like you have a need to throw your weight around as a result of two failed RfAs, doesn't change that one bit. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 00:58, 6 August 2011 (UTC)
- And now I think your agenda becomes quite apparent. Malleus Fatuorum 01:03, 6 August 2011 (UTC)
- Well yes indeed it does, since I just stated it; "I'm interested in supporting people who want to contribute to the encyclopedia". You, by contrast, want to use new contributors as a tool in your petty little war. Do you have any idea how repulsive that is? --Demiurge1000 (talk) 01:07, 6 August 2011 (UTC)
- You can have no idea how deep a pit you've dug for yourself. But if you feel lucky keep digging. Malleus Fatuorum 01:11, 6 August 2011 (UTC)
- I feel lucky. What do you have for me, Mr Self Important, Mr Centre(er) of the Universe, Mr "I have done more for Wikipedia than you ever will" ? --Demiurge1000 (talk) 01:14, 6 August 2011 (UTC)
- I'm rather puzzled by your response, but not entirely surprised by it.Malleus Fatuorum 01:22, 6 August 2011 (UTC)
- There is no reason for you to be puzzled. I am entirely uninterested by what fascinates you so much. Lacking the maturity to realise that, is what denied you it in the first place - to your lasting embitterment. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 01:32, 6 August 2011 (UTC)
- You're clearly an idiot; can you please be an idiot somewhere else? Malleus Fatuorum 01:41, 6 August 2011 (UTC)
- I'm on Wikipedia trying to help other people contribute. I'm not here with the primary intent of demeaning other people to push some ill-defined cause. Will I leave Wikipedia just because you find that inconvenient?
- ... well let's see. How about... no. Sorry to be so troublesome. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 01:46, 6 August 2011 (UTC)
- Were I a regular editor such abuse would likely be stamped on, but because it's directed at me it never is. Malleus Fatuorum 01:54, 6 August 2011 (UTC)
- I'm not really clear why you consider my answers to your question to be abusive, but since it clearly doesn't involve Warburton1368, you're welcome to discuss it on my talk page. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 02:13, 6 August 2011 (UTC)

Task force-specific importance
Hi mate. Just so you know, you can set an article's importance to a specific task force by using the syntax "|Scotland=High". This allows us to set a Project-wide importance while allowing individual task forces to identify the articles that are more important or less important to them. I say this because I noticed you changed the importance of several articles like Alan Brazil and Francis Burns; I assume this was in an effort to define those articles' importance to the Scotland task force. I hope this helps and that I'm not barking up the wrong tree. – PeeJay 01:41, 7 August 2011 (UTC)
- Don't worry about it too much. To be honest, I don't know how many people actually pay attention to the importance grades. I only noticed because it affected a couple of the Man Utd articles on my watchlist. Cheers. – PeeJay 12:10, 7 August 2011 (UTC)

Thanks for all the work you did in making Forth Valley Royal Hospital a certified "Good Article"! Your work is much appreciated.
In the spirit of celebration, you may wish to review one of the Good Article nominees that someone else nominated, as there is currently a backlog, and any help is appreciated. All the best, – Quadell (talk) |
Excellent work in digging out the old DYKs! Fantastic. I have amended the tagging on the above page so that only the most recent five show on the main task force page. This is the same as WP:Football, but you can easily set it to show more or less by moving a 'noinclude' tag up or down the list (currently it is above the fifth-latest entry). Dealing with IP
I'd normally suggest WP:AN3, but because he is hopping between IPs, I'd suggest try at WP:ANI instead. Lay out your case as calmly and neatly as possible, and don't forget to notify the IP's latest incarnation that you are reporting them. Let me know how it goes/if you need any help. GiantSnowman 18:50, 8 August 2011 (UTC)
- Two admins have advided you to take it to WP:DRN, which they feel is more appropriate - have you done so? Don't get disheartened by this, it'll all be fine eventually. GiantSnowman 20:17, 8 August 2011 (UTC)
- As has been said, DRN is the appropriate forum - take it there, and let the admins do their work. They'll see what's been going on. GiantSnowman 20:34, 8 August 2011 (UTC)
- Don't let this beat you - take a short break, but please don't leave for good, especially after all your hard work with the Scotland taskforce! GiantSnowman 22:16, 8 August 2011 (UTC)
- Check at both WT:FPL and WT:FOOTY; there is no consensus to remove SFL1 from the list. If he continues to do so, then it will no longer be a "dispute", it will be vandalism, pure and simple. GiantSnowman 22:41, 8 August 2011 (UTC)
- If he PRODs and article that we miss and gets deleted, then we restore it. If he continues to PROD articles for players he knows are considered notable, then that is disruptive, and he will be blocked. GiantSnowman 22:53, 8 August 2011 (UTC)

Problematic editing
You obviously feel very strongly that Scottish Division One ought to be on the "Fully Pro" list. But please consider consensus and policy before making any more disruptive edits. SFL1 was removed from the list several months ago because sources did not support its inclusion. If fellow users wish to challenge sources while participating in the talk page discussion, they should be allowed to do so without being subject to edit warring, canvassing and misused 'vandalism' templates. I refer you again to WP:BURDEN which states that if you wish to include disputed material you must source it adequately. 94.14.78.108 (talk) 19:01, 8 August 2011 (UTC)

Advice
I know I was wrong but I replied whilst angry you just need to calm down and distance yourself from it, seriously. This will all get sorted out eventually just don't try and rush it. What he is doing is wrong and if he continues he will get blocked. Adam4267 (talk) 23:54, 8 August 2011 (UTC)
Ok the IP has been blocked for a day. You should maybe take a break from all this tomorrow. Either edit something you enjoy (Hearts?) or just leave wikipedia for the day. Trust me I have thought about retiring before when you feel like it's all going against you but I left for a few days then came back. I would advise you to make absolutely no edits on talk pages tomorrow. No tagging, no discussions, no arguments. Just do something enjoyable. Remember this will all get sorted out eventually, Wikipedia is a marathon not a sprint. Adam4267 (talk) 00:15, 9 August 2011 (UTC)
Hope you have a great birthday, Warbs. I won't be on much tomorrow either because I am at the Celtic match. But I am glad you have something, fun(-ish) to do on wikipedia. Adam4267 (talk) 00:27, 9 August 2011 (UTC)
IP blocked
I have blocked the most recent IP for 31 hours (no reason for longer as it's dynamic) and have semi-protected the Ayr United article for a week. The range being used is too big for a rangeblock but if the editor re-appears and causes problems please let me know. Thanks, Black Kite (t) (c) 00:04, 9 August 2011 (UTC)
- I've left the talk pages unprotected as it would seem to be the easiest way to track the IPs that he is using. Obviously, if they return in the next 31 hours they can simply be blocked for block evasion. Black Kite (t) (c) 00:09, 9 August 2011 (UTC)
- Warburton - should the IP come back and continue to annoy you, don't take the bait - simply ignore him and get on with all the good work you do here. GiantSnowman 00:12, 9 August 2011 (UTC)
- Do you think Porridge Gobbler is our IP returned? Adam4267 (talk) 22:16, 10 August 2011 (UTC)
- Was his block inedfinite though, I thought it was only for 31 hours? Adam4267 (talk) 22:21, 10 August 2011 (UTC)
- Although he has the right to be on wikipedia, and air his views. If he vandalises those pages again I think he should be reported. Adam4267 (talk) 22:35, 10 August 2011 (UTC)
- Agreed, I may not get the chance to say it to you tomorrow so HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Adam4267 (talk) 22:39, 10 August 2011 (UTC)

Scottish First Divison
Hello. I was not aware that I was prodding that many articles relating to the Scottish First Division. However, the articles I did prod relate to teams and player in that league, who were never fully professional. Any football player biography article for a player who appeared in the First Division for a semi-professional team (for example Stirling Albion) and was not a fully professional footballer, and/or did not progressed their career there after, should be opened to discuss its noteworthiness. --Johnelwaq (talk) 16:32, 14 August 2011 (UTC)
- Notability is not temporary, and if playing in that league at that time gave notability, then the player remains notable. The same goes with clubs who have been relegated a number of times etc. etc. GiantSnowman 17:36, 14 August 2011 (UTC)
- WP:NTEMP has more to say on the matter. GiantSnowman 18:20, 14 August 2011 (UTC)

What the hey?
Hi there BURTON, VASCO here,
After all the discussions we had, a user (is it possible to see if it hails from Colombia as the other anon user who kept reverting us) has changed the Quique Sánchez Flores page again. I have started a WP:FOOTY discussion and asked admin help. The account also wrote a serious unref'd sentence in the page of Ángel María Villar - president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation: "He is a FC Barcelona fan" - meaning IMO the refs are "instructed" to make Barça win.
Attentively - --Vasco Amaral (talk) 01:12, 17 August 2011 (UTC)
Falkirk Players
I noticed you were going to create articles on Dale Fulton & Jay Fulton however some new user has beaten you to the punch; however the Dale Fulton article requires attention. Just thought I'd let you know so we don't end up with two articles on the one person. Same thing happened to me with Scott Allan was going to create an article on him than found a one line stub on him. Don't forget to submit your new articles. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 19:37, 18 August 2011 (UTC))
- That so bad its tragic, wonder where he got the non-existent squad numbers from. A real same a poor editor gets credit for starting them articles. At least Falkirk are planning on updating their squad section, as far as I know Hamilton don't even have a player section on their website. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 21:49, 18 August 2011 (UTC))
Soccerbase
Yeah I noticed, Soccerway is normally correct although its slower at updating, I had to Email Soccerbase over Scott Allan's stats never got reply & there was no correction will have to send them another one. Soccerbase claims he only made 3 appearances while on loan at Forfar but he actually made 4. I sent them the match reports & everything. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 22:15, 18 August 2011 (UTC))
I noticed this new user, they have created 4 articles on Scottish First Division footballers although 3 of them require attention & the another 1 was already expanded by you.(★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 18:12, 21 August 2011 (UTC))
New Articles
Yeah you go ahead & do Stirling Albion's season page, was planning to do Stenhousemuir's myself tomorrow. To be honest I have doing the teams with the better websites so I think I will leave Albion Rovers till last as you can see here their website is a disaster. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 18:40, 21 August 2011 (UTC))
- I see you found Albion rovers proper website a bit odd it’s on the second page on google when 3 unofficial pages are on the first page. Haven’t been online the last few days had to get stiches in my hand will make Stenhousemuir’s page later today hopefully. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 15:58, 24 August 2011 (UTC))
- Nothing serious will be fine, will have a look & see can I added any transfers to them season pages. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 16:13, 24 August 2011 (UTC))
- Yeah no problem, I will have to expand Stenhousemuir's transfers then I will do the rest. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 21:57, 25 August 2011 (UTC))
- Yeah definitely doing it all at once is a pain, When I did 2010-11 Dundee F.C. season it took forever especially adding all the yellows definitely not doing that again. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 22:09, 25 August 2011 (UTC))

Hi there BURTON, VASCO here,
regarding the Quique Flores issue, it's getting worse: the XXXX user (formerly anon) has created a new account (LOMBRIZ AGUAPUERCA), which has started vandalizing my page (for instance calling me a downright VANDAL!), whilst refusing to engage in any talkpage conversations and/or replying to any messages.

Taskforce
Hi there, thanks for the invite to the taskforce. I usually just plod away with the Junior football sections and don't pay as much attention as I should to the more encyclopaedic aspects of WP. For example, I wasn't sure if it was good practice to create talk pages for your own articles. You're doing some sterling work yourself here, so if you'd like something like tagging or adding categories done en masse to the Junior stuff, just let me know and I'll try and wade through it. Sgt Elvan (talk) 22:41, 23 August 2011 (UTC)
Cheers for that. I'll see what I can do. Sgt Elvan (talk) 23:00, 23 August 2011 (UTC)
I see you are in the process of creating an article on the current Scottish Women's Premier League. Didn't mean to tread on any toes. I started a separate page myself then decided to merge what I had in with the divisional article but a standalone one would be preferable. Perhaps the current women's cups could be on the same page?
Just as an experiment, I've tried reformatting some of the 2011–12 in Scottish football page with collapsible tables. I wonder if you'd take a look at User:Sgt Elvan/Scottish clubs in Europe and let me know what you think? Thanks. Sgt Elvan (talk) 16:57, 28 August 2011 (UTC)
That's great, thanks. The Women's Scottish Cup has reasonable coverage on the SFA site but it's hard to find good sources for day to day happenings generally in the women's game. Most snippets come from forums which aren't the most reliable. A bit like the Junior game, in fact. Sgt Elvan (talk) 19:36, 28 August 2011 (UTC)

Yeah it’s difficult to find detailed information on the Fife tournament, but as far as I know it’s considered a regional tournament much like carling nation cup. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 18:54, 30 August 2011 (UTC))

- Is that problem in both the squad stats table & disciplinary record table? A possible solution could be that "Other" is put as a heading in the both with a note that this includes Competitions such as the Challenge Cup & Fife Cup; similar to what’s done with player’s career stats table. Hey Warburton some IP's have been updating this to say that Spain have won the group. But unless I am really not with it today I think Czech Republic can still win it, however unlikely it may be. Could you take a look please, I think I am right but I am doubting myself. Thank you. Adam4267 (talk) 22:30, 6 September 2011 (UTC)
- So Spain haven't won the group then? I think they are just the first team to have ensured a top 2 finish. Adam4267 (talk) 22:39, 6 September 2011 (UTC)
- No I've suffered a catastrophic mathematical error 3+3=6 and Spain are 18-10=8 points ahead. They HAVE won the group. It's late, thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it! Sorry to bother you. Adam4267 (talk) 22:44, 6 September 2011 (UTC)
- Maths is so hard. Thanks for trying to help anyway, although I think that I am probably beyond help :( Adam4267 (talk) 22:50, 6 September 2011 (UTC)

I was wondering if you could help me with the above article. I promised Rusty I would create it but there is real lack of information available for him. The only thing I could find on him was on this website http://www.qosarchive.co.uk/ there it claims that he was buried on 18th April 2005 just 13 days after his 75th birthday which would make his date of birth 5 April 1930. But it doesn't actually say what date he died. Is there anyway you could find an obituary for him not being Scottish I wouldn't know the best place to look. As for the stats I don't know what I’m going to do, the information Rusty sent me seems accurate however I have no source for them. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 20:30, 12 September 2011 (UTC))

Player Stats
Hey, I was planning a massive update of all current Scottish League & SPL player’s stats starting tomorrow. With a view to keeping them updated after that. Are you in? (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 19:04, 29 September 2011 (UTC))
- Sorry for the slow response I was in a state of shock at the earlier score in the Tottenham match. Well what I was thinking of doing was to start with the Scottish third division as not that many players have articles what we could do is, do half the teams each you do Alloa, Annan, Berwick, East Stirlingshire, Elgin & I'll do Cylde, Montrose, Peterhead, Queens Park & Stranraer. Working slowly through them & checking multiple sites for their stats to see if they’re matching. Soccerway should be ok for their current clubs but unfortunately doesn’t go back far enough with lower league Scottish players. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 20:27, 29 September 2011 (UTC))
- Yeah they played good alright, funny how they would've earned more money for beating Tottenham then winning the League of Ireland. Anyway I'll start working my way through them tomorrow. I spotted a few articles without infoboxes so I'll probable skip over them, & come back to them when were finished. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 20:55, 29 September 2011 (UTC))
- If you need any help with Career stats I can create the tables for you, as I am getting a bit experienced with them now. Adam4267 (talk) 21:54, 29 September 2011 (UTC)
- I'm starting to think this was a bad idea due to inconsistences between soccerway, soccerbase & the guardian. I think I’m just going to update their most recent club stats, & correct all stats where sites are consistent & add infoboxes to players without one. So I probably won't need that much help. I'm going to leave it to mid-week to do the work as the majority of players will be playing to tomorrow & that would further complicate things. By the way I PRODed Filip Mentel. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 18:08, 30 September 2011 (UTC))
- That’s ridiculous if they’re going to do a list then do it right can’t believe that they can get a simple list like that so wrong considering the fact they only included the years. Yeah the first article I went to needed to be Proded, the second was correct & then the rest were well let’s say I wasted hours doing nothing trying to find consistent stats ,anyway I’m going to leave it to mid-week. I’ll probably create a few Rugby articles over the weekend. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 18:39, 30 September 2011 (UTC))

Scott Brown
Thanks for the heads up. Its been a long wait but hopefully we can get it to GA. I have a few others coming up for GA nom in the next few months and hopefully they will all pass. They are all Scotland related as well, so it will improve the stats for that. Which are quite poor at the moment, maybe something to look at in the future? Although it is a lot of work. Adam4267 (talk) 21:52, 29 September 2011 (UTC)
- Actually TBH I don't think it's that close. The history section needs to be overhauled IMO, it is terrible ATM. Ownership & finance, Supporters, Stadia, Crest & colours need a lot of work done to them. As well as the trivia/honours/records sections. I suppose it will get done one day but my current GA projects are Joe Ledley, James Forrest, Henrik Larsson, Scott Brown and Gary Hooper. I have also started on 1967 European Cup Final and will then do Celtic's two other final appearances 1970 and 2003. European finals are quite easy to do as there is a formula for it. It's just that sourcing can be hard to come by sometimes. Adam4267 (talk) 22:42, 29 September 2011 (UTC)
- Yeh I hate working on SFL stats cos you just don't know if the stuff you are writing down is correct. There's the SFL website which is quite good. Adam4267 (talk) 22:55, 29 September 2011 (UTC)
Season Pages
Could you finish updating the season pages, I have all of them done apart from eight of the SD3 teams. As I'm going to take the rest of the day off. I wasted an hour & half explaining something (rather than just reverting straight away) to Rusty which you'll see on his talk page & then he didn't even bothering responding. Personally, I'd be happy with that re:GNG, so go for it. The worst that happens is that somebody AfDs it before he meets NFOOTBALL, and it gets deleted - in which case we restore it when he does make his pro debut. Hope that helps! GiantSnowman 17:43, 5 October 2011 (UTC)

Nomination of Mark Ridgers for deletion
Have relisted the deletion, as he's unlikely to make debut any time soon. But obviously just get it back as and when he does!
A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Mark Ridgers is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Not notable, never played above scottish third division, and not showing any signs of doing so in the near future until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on good quality evidence, and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article.
Salty1984 (talk) 21:47, 9 October 2011 (UTC)
How'd d'ya mean? Is there a specific way that you nominate deletion? I forget and seem to do it a different way every time.
There rule for Notability for footballers is First Division or SPL, at least that's the way I've always taken it. Ridgers won't be valid until he plays a competitive game for Hearts, or ends up at Caley Thistle in the summer! ;)

Former Hearts Players
I've been updating The Scottish transfer list which I neglected lately & I was going through the free agents to see if they had found new clubs when I spotted Jamie McCormack he's was released by Hearts & has since signed with Wigan. The only thing I could find was this not sure if it’s sufficient. A similar issue with Murray Christie who has now joined Cowdenbeath here. Do you thing the transfermarkt is acceptable for comfirming a transfer? (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 19:50, 12 October 2011 (UTC))
- Yeah I'll probable use that link for Christie so Cheers. Don't know what I’ll do about McCormack. Wigan are generally quiet bad at announcing youth signings they signed Ireland Under 21 International Rob Kiernan from Watford & never mentioned it. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 20:22, 12 October 2011 (UTC))

Livingston list / honours
My concern about listing European qualification as an honour is that it is inherently subjective. At what point does it became (or stop becoming) an honour? It clearly isn't an honour for a team that qualifies most (or even some) years. Jmorrison230582 (talk) 22:04, 19 October 2011 (UTC)
Transfer list & Inverness
Thanks for the barnstar, there is a few former free agents that need sourcing but I’ll have that concluded shortly hopefully I’ll get the introduction passage written before the winter transfer window opens even though I’ve found it difficult finding any articles about the spending in Scotland in the last transfer window & comparison to other years.
Inverness has recently switched websites & haven’t left their former one as an archive, they transferred across all of this seasons news but the web addresses have been altered. They have an archive suggesting they’re going to transfer everything since 2001 although it isn’t functioning yet. This has created a large number of dead links. Inverness‘s wiki page isn’t heavily affected as it’s poorly referenced but the large number of the current & former players will be affected. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 15:44, 22 October 2011 (UTC))

Re: Transfers
As the term for it is Unattached we simply don't change it. We keep it as what the sources realy say, as he was a free agent at the time. There are few reasons why but the most important thing is that is that once a team relase the player she can no longer receive any payment or affect the move, if we write that he transfered from his former club it will simply be wrong info.
As you can see here in those sites, Owen Hargreaves moved to City as Unattached.

I was going to create an article on this Livingston player as I thought he made his debut in league fixture against Ayr on the 15 of October 2011 the SFL BBC Soccerway Soccerbase & Ayr all seem to think so. However in Livingston's match report see here they claim Deuchar replaced McNulty not Cummings. I'm Really confused
- I was just about to add the article when I noticed, I have it saved to my computer anyway, hopefully there will be a response from Livingston, I can never get Soccerbase to send me a response. Anyway thanks for contacting them let me know. Cheers (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 23:40, 26 October 2011 (UTC))
- Thanks, it’s great to have that clarified although it’s not the result I was hoping for. I’ll guess I’ll have to hold off on the article. It will probably be a source of conflict over his stats in the future when he does eventually get an article unfortunately. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 18:05, 27 October 2011 (UTC))

- Celtic put out an article about him after the match [5] but I think you've covered everything about his career so far. I though the game was brilliant, it was a bad start and Celtic could barely pass the ball for about the first 20 minutes but Forrest really changed the game with his run and shot which Stokes tapped in. After that I thought Celtic played really well and both Stokes and Hooper's goals were well taken. I didn't really know much about Fraser when he came on either, all I knew was that he was a young defender but he played pretty well. Adam4267 (talk) 12:03, 4 November 2011 (UTC)

- Hi I think that Celtic did win the Glasgow Cup in the 66-67 season. I know that the '66 edition was not completed but I think that may have been the previous year's edition. Most reliable sources I can find say that Celtic won the cup that year; [6], [7], [8], http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Manchester-United-will-not-do-the-quintuple-says-Sir-Alex-Ferguson-article28504.html. Also this source [9] (a random forum) provides the fixtures, dates, scorers, etc. I have no idea if it is correct though.

- But they were played as part of the '66-67 season. Maybe RSSSF don't know the fixtures and just assume that the final was played in 67 because cup competitions usually end in the second half of the year? Adam4267 (talk) 19:45, 17 November 2011 (UTC)
- Dunno maybe RSSSF just don't consider it important enough to make sure they are correct. Adam4267 (talk) 19:57, 17 November 2011 (UTC)

Second & Third Division transfers
That’s them finished now sorry I didn’t do it earlier, when you asked me it was around the time I was getting the error messages. Some pages only needed half a dozen others more than thirty so hopefully next time we'll get all the season pages started by the end of May start of June & add the transfers gradually. Football box in Celtic seasons
Hi edinburgh do you mind if I change the football box from Template:Football box collapsible to Template:Fb match2. I personally prefer that a lot more and would also like to have consistency amongst all the seasons. Adam4267 (talk) 22:05, 20 November 2011 (UTC)
- I actually find it quite hard to read, I just find all the colours too distracting and can't really focus on the scores. I actually prefer the wikitable best because I like seeing the scorers, but we don't have always them especially for older seasons. Out of the two collapsibles I do prefer the Fb match 2, I just think it looks a lot better and also in the Fb collapsible some of the months make certain matches take up two lines which I think looks a bit odd. Adam4267 (talk) 22:21, 20 November 2011 (UTC)
- As long as you don't mind I would prefer to use the Fb match 2. Adam4267 (talk) 15:23, 21 November 2011 (UTC)
- Haha, I just went into Microsoft Word and did a little find and replace :) Adam4267 (talk) 20:22, 22 November 2011 (UTC)
- I would give you a hundred if I could, the amount of work you do is unbelievable. I'm really not sure why it wasn't showing up but when I tried to search or add links for that page it acted like the season wasn't there. Adam4267 (talk) 22:41, 23 November 2011 (UTC)
- Haha, thanks although I really don't think I'm more skilled than anyone else. Adam4267 (talk) 23:23, 23 November 2011 (UTC)
- From this picture [10] it appears to be 17. Didier Agathe wasn't at Celtic that season so I would assume that Wright had that number. I'll do that and a few other little things which I saw but you have done so well in updating all this. Thanks so much. Adam4267 (talk) 20:57, 27 November 2011 (UTC)
- Yeh him and maloney as well, it is quite easily done especially considering how much work you did. Adam4267 (talk) 21:04, 27 November 2011 (UTC)
Hearts players
No problem, the articles were certainly getting a lot of IP attention. Well if they have that many under 19's they better hope a few come through to the first team, but there will probable be a lot released in the summer. Hearts aren't quite as bad as Genoa see here. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 20:20, 21 November 2011 (UTC))
Calum Elliot played twice since his injury a few weeks ago. You should mention that. Reading your profile, you'd think he is still injured, when he is in fact fine and healthy. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Stephendooley (talk • contribs) 20:59, 27 November 2011 (UTC)
Transfer List
Well I was going to wait to see what impact the lead section had on the article before considering the split, I finally figured out exactly what I'm going to do with it. Part 1: Something officially from SFA on the window, Part 2: A paragraph on the financial state of the Scottish clubs & comparison of their spending to previous years & to the premier league. Part 3: A summary of each teams activity. Now the problem I'm having is finding sources for how much was spent this year in Scotland & how much was spent previous years & part 3 could be quiet long with 22 clubs. As for the templates 1 stop working then three stopped, so the remaining one could also stop displaying properly but I’ll just remove them at some stage. I don't think I'll split in from September like the English list & if you could help with sourcing the spending if you get the chance it would really help. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 22:27, 21 November 2011 (UTC))
- I was in the process of making a pie chart/s for the transfer list but hit a problem you can only have 9 segments, despite whatever the percentages are (completely stupid). Even splitting the teams by leagues I still have too many. Driving me crazy, have you suggestions that could possible fix it. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 22:48, 28 November 2011 (UTC))
- I was creating pie charts to display the percentage of transfers in see here. If you go to edit you'll see it won't display the tenth segment in this case Aberdeen. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 18:11, 29 November 2011 (UTC))
- Thanks for that, I've contacted the creator, fingers crossed I'll get a response & hopefully a solution. On a unrelated topic, is it just me or is there a symbol (red exclamation mark) on your watchlist when you create a new article beside the N symbol saying this edit hasn't yet been patrolled. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 20:54, 29 November 2011 (UTC))
- I'm going to spilt the article, I was going split it from January but that wouldn’t solve the problems & by splitting it from September it would be consistent with other countries transfer lists. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 00:14, 30 November 2011 (UTC))
- I don't understand exactly what you were trying to say? It's not the best but needed to be split now (I rather not split it at all but had no choice). The summer article which is now complete has no size issues & well the winter transfer list should be ok less transfers in the winter transfer window then the summer. I think the heading explains in properly if you think it needs rewording then feel free. I think the articles needed to be consistent with other transfer lists that is why I split it the way I did. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 18:14, 30 November 2011 (UTC))
- Are you saying Summer list (May to end of August) & the Winter list (September to end of April)? (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 19:14, 30 November 2011 (UTC))
- Well if there no MOS on this issue, then I would be willing to change the articles from May-August & September-April if we could come with a adequate title & introduction that explains it properly. I agree it's silly to have transfers from last season & to have three lists for one season because I’d have to start a new article in February. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 19:31, 30 November 2011 (UTC))
- I don't think the second title you suggested will work there is no transfers from 2012 in the summer list & I can’t see season working in the title. How about using the current titles but changed the leads to say the following:

SFL Mistakes
I'm sure Jake is fuming. Anyway just to let you now a similar situation to Dean Cummings happened with Aaron Sekhon (v Dundee) but he is still to make his debut. (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 19:37, 22 November 2011 (UTC))
- I fixed the Current Squad on Airdrie United as it previously looked like this. The page may need a big clean up & certainly needs references thought it might be something you'd be interested in as you did such a good job with Livingston.
- Alloa-SFL made another mistake Michael Doyle & James Doyle are in fact the same person. Alloa's website has no trace of a James Doyle & it’s not Jamie Doyle. When their stats on the season page are added together they equal Michael Doyle's correct stats as per soccerway & soccerbase so I altered the page approperiately (★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★) 13:10, 24 November 2011 (UTC)).

I've been updating the Ayr players stats with aim of doing it to all SFD players & so eventually I can keep them up to date on a weekly basis. Celtic seasons
Ok thanks man that's great. Adam4267 (talk) 20:16, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
- I guess I just never noticed them in the other one. The McNamara one isn't necessarily correct because he could be a MF or DF but he probably would have played more at right back than midfield that year. - Yes, Soccerbase isn't 100% accurate, and all the adverts are annoying as hell, bu it's still one of the best we've got. Soccerway can be confusing to use for new editors (getting the games played/games on the bench mixed up etc.) and Transfermarkt is better for European players. But ho hum, if we can combine multiple sources for accuracy then great news. GiantSnowman 11:30, 10 December 2011 (UTC)

I’m a bit busy with Dundee season articles, I want to expand the written passages of the ones I’ve already created & create older ones as well. So I’ll have to get back to you about Airdrie. ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 21:30, 14 December 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah doing the results bit is really repetitive as for Dundee mite be a bit of a challenge seeing as they were founded in 1893. ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 22:05, 14 December 2011 (UTC)
- Everyone refers to the Scottish Premier League as the SPL but when it was the Scottish Premier Division was it commonly abbreviated to the SPD or was it just called the Premier Division? ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 17:45, 15 December 2011 (UTC)
- Have you any idea what this is, I thought there was no football between 1939-46 was it some sort of unofficial league.
- Thanks for clearing that up, a bit weird how the SFL only listed 1945-46 tournament & not the other Southern Football Leagues that's what was confusing. Do you think I should include the Southern/Northern league & the supplementary cup in the Dundee list of seasons article, It doesn't seem to be in the others lists. ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 01:54, 17 December 2011 (UTC)
- I think I'll complete the list & then figure out the best way to add it. Probable should be included seeing as they were the winners of Division B ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 02:20, 17 December 2011 (UTC)
- What do you think about the intro section, taking into consideration there is a history section still to be added. ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 23:14, 19 December 2011 (UTC)

Photo Help
Could you help me upload this image of the team. So I can improve the List of Dundee F.C. seasons article. Surely the copyright has expired. But I have no idea how to do so, I only know how to upload images from flickr. ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 05:42, 19 December 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for that, I'll expand the written passage later tonight & figure out what I'm going to do with the War time football. ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 19:13, 19 December 2011 (UTC)
Tuples in association football
You are the third Scotsman I have had problems with regarding this article. The first only wanted to list the accomplishments of Celtic F.C. The second kept stretching the burden of proof to satisfy his own person bias. The third, you, insist on editing back to a factually incorrect version that was added in the last 24 hours. This is all recorded in the Article history and Talk Page. I am beginning to notice a very disturbing pattern. If it continues, I will expose it. If you and your fellow Scotsmen do not understand how the Spanish league works, then you should simply not be editing those parts. Ignorance is no excuse. You and your fellow Scotsmen first removed Galatasaray S.K. from the Quadruples list after I cited it. Now you are trying to create your own version of reality for the Sextuple of F.C. Barcelona. I strongly recommend you read the Talk Page for that article in its entirety. JohnMannV (talk) 21:02, 20 December 2011 (UTC)
Monthly Awards
Hey I know your busy with whole tuples issue, But wanted to know your opinion on the monthly awards. I added two of November awards to the season pages. Only 2 out of five had been announced. Anyway what I wanted to know was before I added the awards for the previous months is, do you think all seven awards should be included. The 3 managers awards should obviously be included & the player & young player of the month but do you think the ginger boot & goal of month awards should also be included or is it just overkill? The players awards general go to First Division sides as there is no separate awards per league for player awards unlike the manager awards so that may be a reason to include the boot & goal award. Here is an example of what I'm talking about. [12] ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 23:33, 20 December 2011 (UTC)
- The goal of the month doesn't reflect the players performance throughout the month unlikely the other awards so yeah it probable shouldn't be included. As for the tuples issue, do you remember the last editor that thought it was some sort of Scottish conspiracy User PorridgeGobbler. ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 23:55, 20 December 2011 (UTC)
I might need some help monitoring this user, he has created five articles two off which aren't notable & I've PRODed. The other 3 are notable but are in danger being deleted via BLPPROD. I'm going to improve them but may need some help. ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 01:54, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
- My bad I was very tried when I sent you the message after finishing editing McKechnie, yeah Kelly & Fisher aren't notable Ayr were in Scottish Second Division last year, Sorry. While were on topic of Kelly what do you think his real name is Sean or Shaun, his club say Sean but I'd have feeling it's Shaun because the SFL normally use the name under which he has to be registered [13] [14]. Just thought I ask as we may have to recreate the article later this season. ★☆ DUCKISJAMMMY☆★ 22:16, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
