If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Orbit Culture requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://soundcloud.com/orbitculture. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Orbit Culture requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, a group of people, an individual animal, an organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content, or an organized event that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. ~Anachronist (talk) 05:23, 3 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

unblock

[edit]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Bl4ckSireen (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

Hello. I totally understand why I'm banned. One reason is for the abusive talk page and the other is for my another account. I regret these things. They're probably because of being not experienced enough on Wikipedia. I don't know how to express my regret. I'm really sorry for all of these and If you can give me one chance I'll prove that these won't happen again. Please give a chance to become a better editor and of course more polite. Please accept my apology. This won't happen again, I promise.

Decline reason:

I'm sorry, but I cannot unblock you at this time. AS this is a sockpuppetry/checkuser block, please read and heed the relevant sections of the WP:GAB. If this is not your original account, you will need to appeal at your original account. There's quite a lot at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Bl4ckSireen/Archive. You will need to deal with all the issues associated with those accounts. -- Dlohcierekim (talk) 21:17, 7 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who accepted the request.

Bl4ckSireen (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

This is my original account. I won't log in to the other accounts anymore because I know I did a mistake creating them and trying to edit my article with them. That was my only mistake with those accounts. I don't know if it's possible or not but you can delete those accounts and let me be active just with this one. I won't do anything wrong anymore. I hope you accept my repentance and unblock just this account.

Accept reason:

Looks like it's time. Welcome back.-- Dlohcierekim (talk) 17:09, 9 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

After reading all the problems associated with all those accounts, I am dubious. I feel user needs to deal more thoroughly with those problems.-- Dlohcierekim (talk) 17:07, 8 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
My feeling is that a user who acknowledges past mistakes and promises not to repeat them deserves to be unblocked. Blocks are for preventing current disruption and shouldn't be continued past the point the disruption is acknowledged and ended. DrKay (talk) 15:14, 9 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Discussion by administrator(s)

[edit]

@DrKay: Based on checkuser evidence, I blocked the account for sock-puppetry. The user does not appear to dispute that finding, which is good. That leaves this as a normal administrative decision; I consent to whatever you and Dlohcierekim decide is best. I note that my original block was 1 month in duration; you might consider restoring that as a middle ground. AGK ■ 17:58, 8 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Conflict of interest

[edit]

Do you have any association with Orbit Culture? If you do, that's OK, but you are required to disclose it. ~Anachronist (talk) 07:07, 10 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I'm just a fan of them and I decided to make a Wikipedia page for them. I asked for permission from Niklas Karlsson who is the leader of this band and he was okay with it.
Is he a friend of yours? If so, you have a conflict of interest, in which draft space is the appropriate place for it until it's reviewed. ~Anachronist (talk) 00:00, 11 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I can't call that friendship because we don't talk. I just asked him about creating this page to get his approval. Can you check the new references I added? I think the article is better now with those references.

Tag removal

[edit]

Please stop removing Articles for deletion notices or comments from articles and Articles for deletion pages as you did with this edit to Orbit Culture. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Donner60 (talk) 04:55, 17 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry I thought the talk page was closed because no one gives any comments anymore. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bl4ckSireen (talkcontribs) 04:58, November 17, 2018 (UTC)

You've removed it again, [1]. Stop it please. theinstantmatrix (talk) 11:22, 17 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The article is now deleted. You shouldn't remove an AFD template; that's for the person who closes the discussion. If the discussion consensus is to delete, then an administrator must close it.

Your primary mistake with Orbit Culture was to move the article out of draft space prematurely. In main space, it was subject to much scrutiny and eventual deletion, and that's what happened. Had you left it in draft space and submitted it for review via the WP:AFC process, it might have eventually gotten accepted for publication in main article space.

I can restore it to draft space if you want, if you agree to submit the draft for review instead of moving it to main article space, and that you accept the reviewer's decision. ~Anachronist (talk) 17:33, 27 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
