  • Ok, would SydLexia meet the requirements forWikipedia:Notability_(people) based on: "The person is regarded as an important figure or is widely cited by their peers or successors." He is an author and his articles are on the front page of his site. While I know that Google searches aren't the best way to show someone has been cited, they do show that his content is viewed by much more than just a few people. Lastly, the Pop Culture of the 80s & 90s is a category where Syd's site is referenced. Just a week ago IGN hot-linked an image from Sydlexia.com. Naturally Syd changed the image on them as a joke, but none the less, if IGN is going to take images off of Syd's site, both the site and the author should be further considered for an article. Hi there - the reason it was deleted was because the article didn't meet the Wiki policies on verifiability or notability. If it can be recreated to meet these policies, great! Thanks, BLACKKITE 00:17, 29 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
