Jewish Categories
[edit]Good man! Your contributions on the CFD are much appreciated and reflect the core of my original argument. I created a category which was relevant and correct - Jewish fraudsters - and populated it with a dozen examples. It was then suggested for deletion, and I was able to use the same arguments proposed to suggest deletion of Jewish Economists - that category was also deleted. It is correct to categorise Jewish fraudsters and Jewish authors both or neither. I am pleased with the outcome, however I have since learned that it is against WP policy to attempt to provoke change in this way. I did attempt to make the arguments which you did, however either due to my communication skills or the perception of anti-Semitism due to my prior edits, it did not have the desired effect.
Thank you for your contributions! Beganlocal (talk) 23:41, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
PS, I have nominated the higher level jewish categories for deletion here Wikipedia:Categories_for_discussion/Log/2009_June_14#Category:Jews_by_occupation Beganlocal (talk) 23:47, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
Continue your good work
[edit]It's about time somebody had the balls to address Jewish categories the way you do, with sound, reasonable, and most of all, intelligent arguments. Thank you so much! My only fear is the sheer obsessiveness of some users (*cough* User:Wassermann) and their CANVASSing clans are young to knock all these cats into "no consensus" zone. Note that even if Jewish actors was rightfully deleted, there'd still be this hilarious mess: List of Jewish actors. Bulldog123 07:44, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
Articles for deletion nomination of Viggo Kristiansen
[edit]I have nominated Viggo Kristiansen, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Viggo Kristiansen. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. — Coffee // have a cup // ark // 09:36, 6 February 2010 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Frank Murud
[edit]The article Frank Murud has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Unsourced biography of living person
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. -- Patchy1 REF THIS BLP
