Hello Brich321, thank you for reaching out by email. The article you proposed is nice and has potential to be included in the wikipedia. However, you should focus on demonstrating why this person is important enough to be included in Wikipedia. For example you can extend the Legacy section by adding his significant contribtutions, or awards he received, etc. with a reliable/verifiable source (avoid using sources that looks like advertisements).
