[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Randy Weber has been reverted.
Your edit here to Randy Weber was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://www.facebook.com/119692511035) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Disambiguation link notification for June 11
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Erika Harold, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Salon (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

British spelling vs. American spelling
[edit]Please do not change British spellings to American spellings in articles that have strong national ties to that country, such as "A Tale of Two Cities", or in articles that have British spelling established. That page also contains the template "Use British English" at the top. See WP:TIES and WP:RETAIN. Chris the speller yack 02:16, 4 July 2013 (UTC)
Wiggins
[edit]Understood. However, I still feel it is notable because Wiggins played with the most recent number one overall pick (Bennett) at the tournament, and they won a bronze medal together. As a big fan of Canada Basketball and the Canadian men's national team, I felt it was important to point that out. It's not often that two Canadians who were both drafted in the first round played internationally together, AND won a medal together; when Wiggins gets drafted next year, I believe it'll only be the third time in history. Of course, the list of Americans who've done that would be very long, so I don't think that's a fair comparison. This whole thing is subjective anyway, but I hope you see where I'm coming from. I wasn't trying to "steal the thunder" from Wiggins or anything like that. Blackjays1 (talk) 20:56, 7 July 2013 (UTC)

Joan Walsh
[edit]Per the Biographies of Living Persons policy, "contentious material about living persons... that is unsourced or poorly sourced – whether the material is negative, positive, neutral, or just questionable – should be removed immediately and without waiting for discussion." The source cited for the section you reinserted was "Aznlover.com" - a Web forum that is a textbook definition of something that is not in any way, shape or form a reliable source. Do not reinsert the material without citing it to a reliable source. NorthBySouthBaranof (talk) 00:11, 28 July 2013 (UTC)
Huma Abedin
[edit] You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Gamaliel (talk) 19:48, 29 July 2013 (UTC)
Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed your recent edit to Huma Abedin does not have an edit summary. Please provide one before saving your changes to an article, as the summaries are quite helpful to people browsing an article's history. Thanks! Gamaliel (talk) 21:38, 30 July 2013 (UTC)

[edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.
Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 12:05, 31 July 2013 (UTC)
Multiple accounts
[edit]Ok, I'm treating this account as your primary account right now, though it's not the oldest. Please stick to one account only here. You've been here long enough, are highly experienced, and you know the rules. Per Checkuser - Alison ❤ 12:53, 31 July 2013 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
