The article L. Joseph Bajek has been proposed for deletion because, under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. jsfouche ☽☾Talk 03:02, 11 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

It's generally a bad idea to create placeholder pages. It's better to get your sources organized, draft the text, and then create the page—that way, even when the page starts out, it's got reliable sources and a clear indication of notability. —C.Fred (talk) 03:06, 11 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'm new to Wikipedia and have been trying to add content to areas that I have knowledge in. I recently added this page for l. Joseph Bajek. I was trying to create a holding page so that the link from the list of eagle scout page would work. When I first put it out there it was incomplete, but I have added more data and referneces. Another user is going to add more content. I hope this article will not be deleted as I think the objections that were made to the article have been addressed.

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with L. Joseph Bajek. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. —C.Fred (talk) 03:53, 11 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Do not create, add, or restore hoaxes to Wikipedia, such as you did with the article Wild Adirondack Cow. Hoaxes are caught and marked for deletion shortly after they are created. If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia – and then to correct them if possible. Please do not disrupt Wikipedia. Feel free to take a look at the five pillars of Wikipedia to learn more about this project and how you can contribute constructively. Thank you.
