Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Bia Mustafa Alloush has been reverted.
Your edit here to Bia Mustafa Alloush was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (https://twitter.com/biaworld_) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, fansite, or similar site (see 'Links to avoid', #11), then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 12:05, 7 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Bilalrahal. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, and that you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to Black hat SEO.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Bilalrahal. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Bilalrahal|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, please do not edit further until you answer this message. GSS (talk|c|em) 08:02, 8 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for undeclared paid editing in violation of the Terms of Use.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Huon (talk) 22:23, 8 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Should the block be contested without full disclosure, I'll gladly provide any reviewing administrator with evidence of the paid editing in private (in order to not run afoul of WP:OUTING). I wouldn't have blocked if the editor weren't deliberately misrepresenting their status. They did the same to me on IRC. Huon (talk) 22:28, 8 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Apparently I was a little too slow in my efforts to archive the off-wiki evidence; much (but not all) has been scrubbed. Suffice it to say that this person likely is the "Media Coordinator" of Bia Mustafa Alloush. Huon (talk) 23:23, 8 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you claim that I'm Media coordinator of Bia Mustafa Alloush please proof it by presenting a credible proof from a credible source like contacting the artist or their management or whomever represent them.

Request reason:

Your reason here : Before accusing me of paid editing please ask the User KarenLima33 if she got paid to be fair enough on your claim. I believe that in an act of fairness and courtesy you should ask both parties involved about a matter of paid service. (undeclared paid editing and lying about it) - You called me a liar but you didn't try to identify the other user if she got paid or lying. NOTING: The user said on her talk page the following:https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/User_talk:KarenLima33 : Hi,I was hired to do Bia Mustafa Alloush article, but I abandoned the project so I want to ask for the withdrawal of the conflict of interests on Bia's Mustafa Alloush , and now I no longer work on that project. Thank you. karenlima33 18:19, 8 October 2018 (UTC) the user did not specify the task she was hired for or if she got paid, you can't accuse me of undeclared paid editing before asking her too and getting her answer to understand the issue and act upon it, even the user said she left the project and asked for conflict withdrawal. For me personally it doesn't make a difference to be blocked from editing because its an open free website and any one can edit any article or create any article and submit whatever they want, wikipedia is not waiting for my contribution nor depending on me, so please feel free to do whatever you see fair and convenient.[reply]

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. SQLQuery me! 23:43, 8 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption on wikipedia as I did not do any damage, the block is no longer necessary because I understand the concern of the admin who blocked me and I will not be a subject of violation or a missconduct, I will make productive contributions instead, I understand the admin blocking is to prevent certain behaviors and I understand some things matter to wikipedia community as I'm an average user. I'm willing to appreciate your concerns, discuss the incident in good faith and genuinely learn from mistakes, and show you I can keep to the spirit of community policies.

Decline reason:

This does not address the reason for your block at all. Your next unblock request must clearly and precisely address the reasons for your block, which are your apparent undisclosed paid editing and your apparent attempt to mislead Wikipedia about this. Nothing else is relevant. WP:GAB explains how to craft an appropriate unblock request. Yamla (talk) 00:41, 9 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I have, entirely independently of Huon (talk · contribs), confirmed the undeclared conflict of interest here. --Yamla (talk) 00:55, 9 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
