User talk:BilalHaider190
Welcome!
[edit]Hello, BilalHaider190, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.
One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)
In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.
Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}}
before the question. Again, welcome! --Deepfriedokra (talk) 12:35, 26 November 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a Wikipedia article about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you. 331dot (talk) 11:03, 21 November 2020 (UTC)
Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to MBH Studioo Visualization Pvt. Ltd. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. DMySon 12:04, 26 November 2020 (UTC)
Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with MBH Studioo Visualization Pvt. Ltd. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. —teb728 t c 12:22, 26 November 2020 (UTC)

Hello, BilalHaider190. Thank you for helping to build Wikipedia-- the world's largest free content encyclopedia. I'm sorry, but a page you created Ghulam Mustafa Haider has been deleted as meeting one or more of the Categories for Speedy Deletion.
Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects of articles must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources which are unconnected with the subject and which provide verifiable information. Someone unconnected with the subject needs to have written a great deal about the subject. Also, encyclopedia articles must be neutral in tone and not use language that promotes or advocates for a subject, or tries to cast the subject in a favorable light. Please see User:Deepfriedokra/promo for examples of content to avoid. Sometimes creators of promotional/advocational content are bewildered that it is considered such. If one has been trained to write such content, or if one has spent some time writing such content, one may simply be blind to non-neutral phrases or styles. A common assumption is that the prohibition against promotional editing applies only to businesses or organizations. Anything can be promoted, including a person, a non-commercial organization, a point of view, etc. and CV/resumé's are by their nature promotional. Writing about oneself or any connected subject is discouraged as the connection can make objectivity difficult. Information on avoiding advocational content and common pitfalls is here and here, however be aware that these are not exhaustive.
New article creation can be difficult, but the Article Wizard can help you. The new user tutorial can help you avoid future problems. You can also ask for help at the TEAHOUSE

A few tips
[edit]- {{DISPLAYTITLE}} is very limited in what it can do, see WP:DISPLAYTITLE for details.
- {{DEFAULTSORT}} is usually only needed if you need to sort a person's name by "last name first" or have some other reason to change the sorting. The part of a page name before the colon, such as "Draft:", is automatically ignored, so the default sort for "Draft:Muhammad Bilal Haider" is automatically "Muhammad Bilal Haider" unless you specify something else.
- It is generally considered disruptive to remove templates (that is, things surrounded by {{ and }}) that are important in the management of Wikipedia, including any template whose name starts with AFC, AfC, or afc that is on a draft article. I have restored the "AFC submission" template to Draft:Muhammad Bilal Haider. AFC templates are automatically removed when an AFC reviewer accepts the page.
- Most people do NOT qualify for an article in Wikipedia. If a draft on such a person is created, it will either be rejected outright or, as with your submission, declined. If an article on such a person is created, it will be deleted (see WP:Deletion for details). How do you know if you, as a person, qualify? Please read WP:About, Help:My first article, WP:Notability, WP:Notability (biographies), and any other "notability" guideline that is relevant to you as an individual.
- As another editor said above, it is strongly recommended that you not write about yourself. For that matter, it is strongly recommended that you not write about topics in which you have a personal, professional, financial, or other WP:Conflict of interest in. If you feel you must write about such topics, first, make sure the topic is "notable." Second, create a draft article. When it is ready, submit it. IF it is accepted, congratulations. From that point forward, do not edit the article itself. Instead, follow the instructions in the "conflict of interest" page I just linked to and place the {{requested edit}} template on the article's talk page, along with the specific change you want to make, e.g. "change this to that" or "add this immediately following that" or "remove this which immediately follows that" along with a reason why the edit should be made.
davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 16:27, 21 November 2020 (UTC)
- I assume you didn't see this message yet, since you re-added {{AFC submission}} and you re-added the DISPLAYTITLE line, which has no effect. I restored the AFC submission template and removed the useless DISPLAYTITLE line. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 23:02, 21 November 2020 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on MBH Studioo Visualization Pvt. Ltd, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. A tag has been placed on MBH Studioo Visualization Pvt. Ltd, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
- It appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), individual animal, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Muhammad Bilal Haider moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Muhammad Bilal Haider, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. A tag has been placed on Ghulam Mustafa Haider requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, BilalHaider190. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Draft:Muhammad Bilal Haider, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted.
You also have a conflict of interest with anything and anyone associated with MBH Studioo Visualization Pvt. Ltd. As such, please do NOT create articles about those topics or move drafts about such topics into the main encyclopedia. You MAY create draft articles, but you should submit them for review using the WP:Articles for creation process.
Furthermore, please do not edit any article on this or a related subject that is already in the main encyclopedia. Instead, follow the instructions found at Wikipedia:Conflict of interest and use the {{requested edit}} template to request that another editor review your proposed change.
Even draft articles are subject to "speedy deletion" if they serve no purpose other than to advertise or promote the subject.
Before editing further, please read Wikipedia:Conflict of interest, Wikipedia:Paid editing disclosure, Help:About and Help:My first article and reply acknowledging that you have done so or that you will do so before editing any article or draft article or creating any new draft articles.
Thank you. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 17:15, 27 November 2020 (UTC) davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 17:15, 27 November 2020 (UTC)
