Yes, the information is quite sexist. It shows the misogyny that women have to put up with in order to be a leader in the music industry. As such, I think it should stay. If you believe otherwise, please discuss it on talk:women in music. Note that this information has been removed, and restored, numerous times. You should have declared that you were editing in tandem with your classmates on Women in music.

While Wikipedia assumes good faith, especially for new users, recruiting new editors to influence decisions and/or editorial issues on Wikipedia is prohibited. A new user who engages in the same behavior as another user in the same context, and who appears to be editing Wikipedia solely for that purpose, may be subject to the remedies applied to the user whose behavior they are joining.
