[edit]Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that you recently added commentary to an article, Women in the Wind MC. While Wikipedia welcomes editors' opinions on an article and how it could be changed, these comments are more appropriate for the article's accompanying talk page. If you post your comments there, other editors working on the same article will notice and respond to them, and your comments will not disrupt the flow of the article. However, keep in mind that even on the talk page of an article, you should limit your discussion to improving the article. Article talk pages are not the place to discuss opinions of the subject of articles, nor are such pages a forum. Thank you. Dennis Bratland (talk) 15:39, 17 November 2013 (UTC)
Attempting to reply, new at this... personally not finding the editing side of wiki overly friendly in the "how to contact others" department. I posted a message on the talk section of the proper stub, I hope you see it. In case you did not here is link... https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Motorcycling#Women_In_The_Wind I know both our founder and president personally, and will gladly get you whatever info you need to correct this article. Unfortunately we have been mislabeled in media (movie documentary) a MC by a now defunct chapter in UK. It is imperative for several reasons, and in some areas for safety of our organization's members - that we do not appear to be calling ourselves a club. We are referred to as a womens riding organization, a MC has other connotations and requirements to uphold here in the states. Please advise proper course of action on this matter... THANK YOU!
