Sorry for the belated welcome, but the cookies are still warm!

Here's wishing you a belated welcome to Wikipedia, Bernoullies. I see that you've already been around a while and wanted to thank you for your contributions. Though you seem to have been successful in finding your way around, you may benefit from following some of the links below, which help editors get the most out of Wikipedia:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page, consult Wikipedia:Questions, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there.

I just checked and about 2% of logins are from malaysian ISPs, China is about 3% and so is Australia. So the numbers seem about right. Greglocock (talk) 22:50, 29 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Could the numbers be higher? If not blocked. I'm assuming you are comparing those with registered users in that Country. I would love to find out why access is denied 90% of the time in Malaysia. No problems from Vietnam or Australia. Puzzles me, and going through a proxy server is a real pain in the bollocks. Bernoullies (talk) 00:45, 30 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
