[edit]

UTRS appeal #35464 My response carried over--

You say you reserve the right to sue if you do not get your way. Sorry, no. Good luck with that. You have no inalienable right to edit Wikipedia. A more productive course might be to email the ArbCOm, but whatever you decide. You will need to withdraw that threat to have any consideration of your unblock request.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to unblock you in response to this request. You have made clear legal threats against Wikipedia and/or its editors, and per our policy regarding legal threats, as long as your legal threats or action stand, you will not be permitted to edit Wikipedia. While we cannot prevent you from taking legal action, it is required that you do not edit Wikipedia until the legal matter has been resolved to ensure that all legal processes happen via proper legal channels. You should instead contact the person or people involved directly, by email or through any other contact methods the user provides. You should contact Wikipedia's parent organization, the Wikimedia Foundation, via <https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Contact_us>. That's a good option too, and cheaper than suing anyone.
